WORST experiences of my life.BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Purchased a car from them a year ago 2 months of back and forth paper work due to they lost it or misplaced it. Called for my lisence plates and they wanted to charge me $750.00 to recieve my plates. Called the DMV and advise them of the situation and filed a claim with Occupational liscening. The check they used to supposedly pay for my registration along with 8 other cars tied to the 1 check had bounced and dealer lisence they are working under is fraudulent. I am in the process of sueing them as well as pending investigation with the better businesses of automotives. Be prepare for them to run your credit through every and any credit lender. I have over 30+ hard inquires on my credit score that i did not authorize. Also 90% of the positive feedbacks are from worker, relative, and friends. The review below from MOE he is the one who sold us our car.

The absolute worst experience ever! We were promised an inspection of the vehicle which never took place. After a month of owning it, we had a ton of issues suddenly arise. When I told the owner, he told me I was a liar. We forked over a ton of money to get the vehicle fixed for them just to turn around and "repossess" the vehicle. When I called to figure out what was going on, the owner said they no longer wanted to do a loan with us. We werent even late on a payment! Avoid these money hungry scammers! They will take your money, run, and claim you somehow did them wrong. We have receipts proving that we paid them and will be suing them for not only illegally repossessing our vehicle, but also for selling us a lemon.

I went in to buy a car and they were rude. they didnt talk to me the whole time I was there. I went with my husband and they talked to him the whole time even tho I was the one buying the car and he was there to drive it home. they dint even let me sign the paperwork my husband had to sign it all. and to top it off I dont even have my license plates yet and Ive had the car for 4 months already, I called the DMV they said that the paperwork hasnt been turned in yet. and when I call the company they said they cant find it and that it must have been turned in. I would stay away from here unless you want months of back and forth and endless stress.

Most unprofessional car dealer Ive ever experienced. Finance department was a joke. Had to keep going in to re-sign car deal papers because they either kept misspelling my name, my co-signers name, my address and co-signers address. Workers there were stealing money from the establishment. Smells like cigarette smoke in all the cars (sales people drive the cars around while enjoying themselves to a cigarette) Last but not least after making payments for the down payment they "lost" all the payment records in their system and accused me and my co-signer of not making any payments for the down payment. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Worst dealer you can ever go to. There is a pyramid scheme going on here. So if you are trying to get scammed then go here. Otherwise take your money elsewhere.... The only good review here is by the sales manager Mohamed... They sell nothing but lemons here. As in my situation, I only had the car for not even two weeks so I took it to them to get it fixed as it was under the 30 day warranty. And they wanted to blame me that I broke the car, so the owner said he wasnt going to fix it nor help me. So yea, that was my experience here... They do not care for the customers here as all they want is your money.

I actually planned on coming down this weekend to this dealership but a friend of mine told me that one of the salesman was really disrespectfull and Rude! The way "I heard" he treated my friend was Unbelievably Wrong. And because of that I am going to take my business elsewear... Im just saying if you guys really want a successful business than dont treat THE PEOPLE who are actually allowing you guys to stay in business like cr@p.. And It also seems to me like you guys are doing some Shady business, Thats not a good reputation to hold. These are real people who need REAL cars.

Ive seen some bad reviews on Finance Auto Group, but we bought a car from them about 4 months ago. They are always helpful, quick to resolve ANY issues, and have excellent customer service! We LOVE this company and will continue to purchase vehicles and referring family and friends to this family owned and operated company! Keep up the good work! :-)

I purchased my van 1 year ago. I called them very nicely and asked if they could help me. They fixed my van and I paid for the parts. All of you need to understand that if you buy a used vehicle you are taking a risk, my warranty was over but since I was very respectful they found a way to help me. I dont know about you guys but I am very happy.

My mother in law purchased a vehicle from this place and not only was the VIN number incorrect but they never told her that there was structural damage on the car she purchased. They overcharged her for the piece of garbage she purchased and kept vital information from her. This place is a SCAM.
