This palce is very unprofessional but with decent pricing. It is a family owned place. They dont have an answering machine which would be helpful with information about hours and directions, it takes forever for someone to answer the phone if they do answer, and never bother to leave a message with one of the young sons because no one will get it! They keep odd hours even though the sign will always say "OPEN" They are closed monday except from 4pm to 7pm. Ive gone three times to get my dress fitted- first time they couldnt get it out of storage for me because no one was working except for one person. second time I came on a day the owner told me they were going to be open and they were closed. Third time the lady who does the fittings was not there. This store has become a pain in my rear! You get what you pay for with this store.

yes this store is family owned but I go there all the time for my special occasion dresses and accesories. They met my order and requirements they went out of their way for me. They were patient and understanding. I was running late and they stayed open thirty mins after closing time. They treat you as a special quest and tend to your needs. They did my fitting and even rushed my order for I procrastinated and ordered it late and had it on the day I needed it and it was great down to the last detail. Since their family owned its a warm and welcoming place with great customer service! I do recommened been their MANY times never been let down!

Terrible customer service!!! My niece ordered a dress for her Debutante ball. She came in for a fitting and the tailor cut the dress wrong. Now the dress is falling apart. We asked them to fix the dress and they refused. Telling us we have to either take the dress and get it repaired somewhere else or get the refund and buy another dress somewhere else. The employees are rude and dont have a understanding of customer service. This is my nieces big day and they failed her.

I love this place. I just purchased my daughters prom dress. This makes the 4th dress Ive purchased from fairytale bridal. They have the best corsage sets. The prices are great and the service is awesome. Im actually taking my niece today to get her dress. I referred my supervisor and she bought 5 dresses for her mentoring program. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great. They have awesome service and accommodate to all your needs then exclusively they went out of there way for a tux we needed last minute giving it to us even though it wasnt store hours. Honestly they are awesome I totally recommended this place to anyone who loves great service, if so this is the place to go.

These people are fricken rude. They have poor customer service and dont know how to treat a customer. They are very rude and will try and argue with you. I would not recommend them you will be sorry. I dont know how their still in business. The only professional one is the father.

This place is the worst place u can go they ask for a credit card number for deposit and when u turn in the tuxedo they still charge extra money and they take out from ur card without telling you and the worst customer service fckyou

These people are freakin rude. I orderes my quince dress from there 4 months ago and i still dont have it.They said it would get here mid may. They can argue for hours and hours it ridiculous worse service everrrrr
