I like coming to this Rack because its huge, and its conveniently located in an outlet mall. They have all the outlet versions of high-end stores, so you can hope around and shop until you drop. This place always seems busy no matter what day you come. And despite how big it is, its difficult to move around comfortably because theres so many people. But because its so busy, they always have the latest trends and fashion and great prices. The workers are also nice, which makes shopping fun. However, their fitting rooms can be difficult to access especially if its a weekend or holiday. Sometimes a long line will form. But nonetheless, I think this is one of the best Racks around, so def check it out.

Shoes are very unorganized! I went to 4 other NRs earlier n the week and I wanted to see how this one was. I heard it was huge and great. Well it was big. I decided to save the best part for last ( my fav section n NRs, the shoe section). When I saw the shoes my mouth dropped to the floor. I couldnt believe a place in such a good area would have such a mess. I saw one pair of shoes together. All the shoes where out of boxes w/o mates. Makes no sense. The only shoes in boxes where the designer shoes. I left the store after that. Fortunately there was a DSW next door.

Worst experience ever.. Too much mess. Employees just talk and dont clean or help. They work too slow. Lines are too long. Store manager sucks she is too slow at the registers and doesnt even know how to use it properly. Isnt it the store managers job to know how to do everything? And shes too loud and just likes to talk. How about you all stop talking and start working faster. There was only 3 really good people in the registers that arent there no more:( . This place sucks. Id rather go to Macys

It may take some time to find the products you want, but in the end it pays off with great deals. I love the fact that I can visit the same store one week apart and see totally different products. Ive also been very happy with the free or very affordable alterations, all of which have been of great quality in my experience. Overall, this is my favorite place to buy nice clothes.

I love Nordstrom Rack in general, if you look good enough you can find some awesome deals. I stop by this one at Metro Pointe on my way back from work. The staff here is really helpful and approachable. They also have a larger shoe section that the other locations I have been to. I would recommend this place for all of you out there that like to dress nice and save money.

I dont like the customer service at this store specially the manager . Someone told me her name is Abby i got some make up. They put on the wrong price,that what they told me and didnt honor the price at the ticket. Besides that the cashier was so grumpy. I overheard they were shorthandled. I think that is why they were in a bad mood. I wont go shopping there anymore

Its got the usual...some good deals and some that you would be better off just going to the real store. The people who work there are rude for the most part and of course they treat everyone like a shoplifter. Employee attitude starts at the top...always has and always will...so any improvement will only happen if management improves.

Im a huge fan of Nordstrom and especially Nordstrom Rack. This location is Ginormous! I found everything I needed and then some. Not to mention the location, I like the area and South Coast Plaza next door

Good selection (albeit at higher prices than, say, Marshalls just a few doors down). Generally very slow checkout lines, even with the green-shirted employees on the floor who can ring you up.
