I just got back from shopping at Little Tibet for the first time and loved it! The woman working was so kind and patient. I came in with my 2 year old son in a stroller and I needed a small bell to attach at the end of a hand made bead string. She did not have one that was not attached to one of her own longer bead strings so she sweetly offered to cut one of hers off and sell me just the bell. She said she would add a new bell from home tonight. It is rare to experience that kind of service today - not to mention that the Little Tibet jewelry is gorgeous! I will definitely go back and recommend it with the highest marks!!

Great customer service! I can specifically recommend their mala (prayer bead) repair services for a good turnaround time, quality work and good pricing. You can also find a good selection of scarves and shawls, and a large selection of books on Buddhism in a small room in the back of the store. The shop overall is well-organized.
