Hands down the best household goods store anywhere! I purchased several chlorine free shower filters from Bed Bath And Beyond and didnt realize it but one was defective. I discovered this after ordering new replacement filters and to my shock, the shower worked 300 times better than ever! I explained this to the store manager and he frankly said he would allow me to return the defective shower filter even though it was almost 10 months since purchasing. WOW! Bed Bath N BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

In the puyallup bed bath and beyond, They had horrible service and they did not accept our coupons and took along time to figure out ho to accept a coupon. They told us they could not figure out how to accept it and told us we could not use the coupons. Also the manager was very slow and wasnt friendly. The employees need to be trained TO KNOW HOW TO USE THE DUMB COMPUTER! Overall I had an horrible experience and wont be coming back.

love this store will not cook with aluminum got great deal on fagor stainless steel pressure cooker bought 14inch wok pan(stainless steel last night) with accessories under $30 have gotten numerous clearence deals here and always find what am looking for. Staff is exceptional !!! saved me tons of cash ordered online for me when item not in store join the savings club for 20% off oupons including clearence items.

Great store. I also love shopping on the website. One thing I love about BB&B is anything you buy on the website can be returned at a store. Can also ship to a store for pickup if you dont want to risk having a delivered package sitting outside and get stolen. I shop here a lot and are on a first name basis with a few of the employees.

Im a guy, so Im a little embarrassed admitting this; but I love going to Bed Bath & Beyond. Its like going to a hardware store for kitchens and home supplies. I, especially, like looking at all of the innovations for the kitchen.

Some items are a bit pricey. I found some pretty good deals on their clearance items. Otherwise, the store is well maintained, they have a good selection and the staff is helpful.
