I was at this store on July 21st. The girl was courteous and very professional. She was friendly, but also treated me with respect. She LISTENED to what I was looking for, which most salespeople do not do as most of them are in love with the sound of their own voice. She was very helpful, took the time that I needed, and helped me select the right items. And lo and behold -- because I purchased several items, on her own she gave me a nice discount on most of them. People dont do business with companies, people do business with people. I feel so sorry that I do not remember her name. By the way, a comment on the 17-year old kids comment [Legs O Saucy] that you see here. First of all, this kid still needs to learn the English language, and I am not sure if s/he goes to school, because no school in the US teaches this slum brand of English. Also, s/he obviously is growing wings but is actually an airhead. Some adult needs to tell such kids that, below the age of 18, NO merchant in the US will sell anything to this kid that has any liability attached to it, not because the merchant does not like kids, but because it is AGAINST the US Federal Law. The kid can destroy the property [in this case, the massage chair] and face NO liability just because this dumbo is below 18. My advice -- grow up, maybe even get an education, before you advertise your background to the whole world with your slum brand of the English language. By the way, I wonder why you would ever need a massage chair. After all, I do expect to see a judge ordering the state to feed and shelter you in a jail soon, that is soon after the legal system can charge you as an adult. Good luck with cooling those saucy legs in jail. Never mind -- as a taxpayer, I will be happy to pay for all your needs inside there.

If youre thinking about going here DONT. Especially if your 17 or under becaus you cant go on the massage chairs! I expected moar of brookstone. whats the point of it if you cant use it? i used to love brookstone because of them chairs but they ruined it! 1/500,000,000,000 never going to this mall again I wish i could give negative infinity stars
