Customer service is fantastic. I ordered flowers online from out of state. The flower I requested was not available. They called to let me to let me know. They suggested that I trust them to make an arrangement with an alternate flower. Because I was unsure, I asked if they could text me a photo before delivery. The next day, sure enough they followed through to text me photos and create an outstanding arrangement. Beautiful flowers. Great customer service. Would use them again
