Greeter was very nice and asked what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for matching his and her set of watches. She let me know that they did have matching watches and then brought over a lady who would be my "sales rep". This lady just came up to me and said "you want to open account?" (exactly as typed) to which I replied, "not at this time, thank you, Im just looking for matching his and hers watches". She pointed at some Movado watches and said, "we have Movado" and walked away. I waited a bit for her to come back (since these were not any matching watches) and maybe actually show me some products, but she didnt so I just walked out. Its sad because I work in sales as well (cell phones) and we would never treat a customer like this.
