I walk in a half hour after they open the day before Thanksgiving to look for a pair of New Balance shoes. The clerk behind the counter on his phone points "over there" and goes back on his phone. I cant find what I want so I leave, he is still on his phone. I go back later that day and helped by someone again not helpful. I find a pair on the sale rack and checkout. If they had a self checkout I would have taken that route. I hope the management is aware of such poor service.
