Dont use this Walgreens. Ive used Walgreens pharmacies for almost a decade and always had a great experience until this one. I have had several bad experiences, but most recently, I tried to refill one of my prescriptions a week ago, went in the next day and they didnt have it. They said it should be in the next day, so I went back in and it still wasnt there. And again two days later (this time I had to wait half an hour in line when there were only 2 people in front of me). I went back today, a week after I had initially requested it, and it was still not in. The answer I got was "I dont know why the supplier hasnt sent it to us yet." I told them I needed it today, so they reluctantly went and called around till they found some, and theyre making me drive across town to pick it up, and still charging my insurance for it. Needless to say, they will be losing my business and I will do my best to spread the word.

I had called ahead a week earlier to make sure they had the drugs for my prescription. I bring in the prescription today and ask to pick it up 3 hours later. I even get a call saying my prescription is ready to pick up. I go to pick it up, they do not have the drug i need. Nor did they even call other local stores. When i asked them to do just that, the pharmacist became obviously angered, swore under his breath and did call another store. When i arrived at the other store they where suprised to see me because state street did not correctly send over any of my information all they did was ask if they had the correct drug then sent me out the door. Thanks for turning a 3 min pick up into over an hour deal. Never filling my prescriptions at this location again.

Called to refill a prescription and the pharmacy tech was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if he could give an estimate on whether itd be done in a few hours or if itd take a couple days, as my daughter needed her inhaler, and he responded with "whenever they get to it," and hung up. Took 4 days to fill and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, another pharmacy tech was very dismissive and rude to him. Ive been to this pharmacy multiple times and have never had problems like this. Idk if its just been an off week, or if they have new employees, but Im switching pharmacies now. I work in healthcare and know how customer service should be, and this is never how I would treat my patients/customers.

Never had a problem with fulfilling a prescription or getting assistance when I needed it. Friendly staff as well is a super plus. To those of you who write negative reviews. How many times have you been to this Walgreens and how many times were you only thinking about yourself and not the other customers that were in line ahead of you. The pharmacy services a lot of older clients; so patience a virtue. Not a me me me, type of pharmacy.

Please treat your employees well. A girl was made to stand and say "hello, welcome to Walgreens" to all the customers during the middle of the day. Entirely pointless. Everyone was non-responsive, in a rush. Felt bad for her. She was a nice person... Im sure shes capable of doing something more useful.. How about getting more employees at the registers!!?? I always seem to get stuck behind the elderly couple with all the coupons.

Ive been to a lot of Walgreens and I always have a good experience here. The same woman is always working at the photo area and she is awesome! Very helpful and nice. The pharmacy is a whole different story. They are slow and either lazy or understaffed. Either way, I always wait at least 10 minutes when picking up a prescription that was already filled. It takes a long time for someone to even acknowledge that you are there

There is one thing you can rely on at this Walgreens and it is consistently bad service at the pharmacy. They are super slow, unhelpful, and sometimes seem plain bothered that you are there. I thought maybe I came on an off day. Nope. It is like this all the time. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy Ive been to. Dropped off my prescription on a Wednesday at 5pm came back the next day at 12pm and they tell me they cant find my prescription. After 10 minutes they found it and I had to wait for them to fill it which was another 10 minutes. Wont be using this pharmacy ever again.

Everyone is extremely friendly. I tend to go to this location or the one on Bluemound Rd quite regularly as the selection is incredible; not to mention, the store is neat and clean!
