There hours away from home one of my rear brake pads hung up on the rotor. I fixed it myself in the AutoZone parking lot down the street no problem. Upon doing that I realized just how bad the tires were. I hate the bigger "Tire and Lube" guys with their ever knowledgeable staff (sarcasm). Joe Ricci Tire had the best reviews and even the local AutoZone guys recommended it. They were great! Amanda was super nice and was able to squeeze us in! Only took about an hour and the price was fair. Their guys also looked at my other brakes for me and got an alignment done even know they where super busy. Thanks Amanda and the guys at Joe Ricci Tire! Keep up the good work!

The Lady at the front desk was so knowledgeable. While we were waiting for our tires to be mounted a Lady came in with a front end problem, tech put Her car on the hoist and fixed it within 30 min. She came to desk to pay for the service and was told... NO CHARGE! How cool is that. Will do all of our repairs at this establishment. 5***** Great customer service here. Joe and staff, Thank you for helping me with my Jeep JK lift kit and tire install. Great job as always. Went to pickup the Jeep and my other Jeep wouldnt start without a jump, got there on Saturday morning and Joe made sure we didnt leave with out the other Jeep getting a replacement battery and a tire rotation!!! The only place in the area I trust to work on my Jeeps!!! Thank you again!!!!

Joe didnt have the tire I needed in stock, so he called a competitor to see if they had them. The competitor had them in stock, and Joe sent me over there. People dont do that anymore Great customer service!!
