Ive been taking our cars to Albert Auto for 5 years now. In that time, never once have they tried to upsell me to something I didnt need, or exaggerate issues in my car. They have always been prompt, met their time commitments, and often made room for an urgent visit with little/no notice. Chad and the crew are always willing to explain issues, and will give you honest answers on how bad issues might be or might get. Ive actually had them recommend against immediately replacing stuff I thought might need to be done. So, if you need an honest mechanic shop that does good work, you should definitely give them a call.

I have always had nothing but the best service from them and they always try hard to do it for the least amount of money. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else, I have been going there since I could drive and my parents take all 4 of their vehicles there. Lyndi always has a smile on her face even on the most stressful days and Chad and the other mechanics are always working hard and doing their absolute best to help everyone in an timely manner. Its nice being able to drop your car off and trust 100% that its in good hands. The guys at Albert Auto will often go out of their way to ensure their customers happiness. They use quality parts and provide quality service. Chad, Lyndi...doesnt matter who you talk to, theyre all great.

Its hard to find a auto repairman you can trust, these guys are great. I really do trust them to do a good job, let me know if anything really needs to be dealt with and not try to sell me things I dont need.

Had a troubling night that involved having to get my car towed to their location. The next morning I called and they were able to have everything fixed(new alternator) by the end of the day. Was very pleased!
