While I have been an part time painter for some years and have occasionally done business here, I went into the location asking for paint pens, I was met with a total lack of care and attitude. Maybe the clerk wanted to go home, or just didnt like my appearance, but that lack of professionalism is inexcusable, and indicative of the other experiences Ive had at other Sherwin Williams locations. Drive to Shorewood for real Mautz professionals.

Had a positive experience buying paint and supplies from this location. Zoe was very helpful and demonstrated solid knowledge about painting. This location is on par with the Shorewood location in terms of service, I would not hesitate to come back.
