Closest grocery to my home, pretty disappointing. Store products are in a very weird order, deli is not run very well. I dont necessarily like how everyone is updating the stores to include a cafe and everything else, but this is one store that Ive been to that DEFINITELY needs to be re-modeled. Entrance is super-weird placement basically at the "back" end of the building farthest away from the street. Oh, and the public restroom is super-hidden in the back (go through set of double-doors after the soda department). Had to use once and will NEVER EVER use again. Smelled like pee, HOPEFULLY water on the floor, out of date/old-fashioned look, didnt look clean at all.

Our cashier was more interested in talking to a co-worker then ringing us up. We set our can of soup on the conveyor belt then waited about a minute for her to finish her sentence until she turned around to see us. Then she put the bag with our item on the counter almost under the check writing counter. We had to search for the bag because she was already back at her conversation by this time. Will go to Sendix next time and pay more for the item.

I have been customer of Sentry for many years, but sad to say, my shopping at Sentry has come to an end. I was treated poorly by the customer rep( an older caucasian male). Instead of taking the time to explain the policy at Sentry, pertaining to Western Union transaction, he decided in is little finite mind, to give me a hard time. It was humiliating at the least, so your store has lost a loyal customer.

Most staff are very fast and very friendly, but the owner needs to either add self checkout lanes or more staff. When you have only 2 lanes open and a busy store, people will walk out and go elsewhere. One very crabby older woman closed her lane and told a customer that she wouldnt take anyone else, yet no one opened another lane. Self checkouts would cost money, but increase traffic.

One of the best good stores...like that I can double my coupons on certain days...and is different then others because they hold a cookout in summer thats open to the community which helps raise money!!!!..and great staff!!!...pleasant attitudes and atmosphere...so try it out...

Things got bottled up a bit at checkout, but otherwise shopping was okay. Prices are okay. Selection is more toward the neighborhood end of things but thats okay.

Its a little expensive but really has a great selection and good produce when you need to stop at your neighborhood grocery store.

Casher dont now how to bag they put your meat in bags where meat should go separate not all over product

Employees are decent. More expensive than leading grocery stores. Organization is great.
