Deli service is jaw droppingly terrible. I was standing in line at the deli counter with one other customer who was being served and got rudely bumped by the clerk who wanted to serve the customer behind me instead as they had a ticket. I did not see that I needed a ticket. If I had seen it, there was only one person at the counter, kind of obvious who was next! Complaint is less about the ticket situation and more about the attitude and ridiculous nature of the situation that arose. Could have been handled way more professionally. Walked out and called the store manager who was very helpful and probably saved a potential long time customer.

worked there bad place to work pull an excuse as did not hear back from HR bull crap fronted end people are disrespectful were i worked deli was horrible the manger marcy in deli justed yelled at everthing the whole staff are horrible and they decimate against pregnant women and refuse them to work at jewel osco in grayslake dont work there and customers dont buy from there kaley newman from deli trys to get ever one in trouble at work bye making up lies and roumors at work and marely from jewel osco said to me i was not working there because i am pregant and thats wrong and makes me sick

This Jewel always has all the products in stock. There are usually good sales and lots of new gluten free items here. You can get some flowers quickly or grab a card and a bottle for a gift. My only complaint is that there is always a wait when I go, which is at 5 like everyone else. They try hard, but it seems like it never fails to have a long line.

Typical Jewel store with liquor and beer, fresh produce, deli, florist. There is a quick lane. Good prices on some things, normally higher prices than other grocery stores is typical. Motorized carts are available. Seems nicer than the Round Lake Jewel. Gas station in the parking lot. Other stores in same strip mall Jewel is connected to.

I disagree about the Deli Counter. Every time I go there a clerk immediately comes to help me. Ive never had this problem with taking a number or whatever Joan is talking about. Most of the clerks are quite friendly too. They offer my kids a cookie or a piece of cheese every time we come in to shop. Truly great customer service here.

I have had many problems at this Jewel. I have lost entire bags of groceries between the cashier and the cart. I have had very rude service at the customer service desk (not related to the aforementioned problem). I find the managers very unprofessional and unhelpful.

People are weird here. They just stare like they dont get out much. One man thought I worked here and tried to ask me where to find something ..so if you are a massive racist youll fit right in here, if not these lifeless drones will depress you.

I used to go here a lot before Butera opened up closer to us but I have noticed that they have better prices than Butera sometimes. The staff have always been friendly there and I still go there if I need to get something quickly!

They have great costumer service! Always polite. They also have a large variety of grocery items. Prices are reasonable, produce is probably the best in the area. I tend to go weekday mornings and the lines are not bad at all.

They have fresh squeezed orange juice. Go early in the morning around 7 and the place is empty!! After school and youll stand in line FOREVER! The staff is really friendly, and I always find what I need!

If you want to eat healthy do not $hop here.... very over priced. If you want to eat garbage and chemicals, they embrace that. There are deals left and right for that stuff, youll do just fine.

They have a good selection of products and the sales are great. Never had an issue. The only major down fall is the fact they do not have a baby changing thing in the womens bathroom.

Nice and convenient location near RTE 120. Needs more available cashier personnel to cut sometimes long lines. Restrooms are not to be proud off. Often not cleaned good enough.

Very clean store, groceries are easy to find because the store isnt a department store, prices are much better than they used to be and customer service is always great here.
