Very disappointed with my shopping experience Cashier didnt say hello or ask if I found what I was looking for or if I had coupons She was to busy conversing with the bagger about the lotza motza pizza I was purchasing Finally ask me if I got everything on my list as I was paying for my purchase I come to festival every week because of the friendly staff I may have to try elsewhere thank you

It is definitely not a small store, competitive prices, the customer service is passable (i mean, theyre clearly all working), employees everywhere, but if your small town stores dont have it they probably will there.

Great customer service but you pay for it, prices are high for regualr grocertys BUT the best Meat department and Deli in La Crosse for sure. worth few extra bucks for quality meat and salads.

Just love the feeling of community in this store. The staff is always friendly. They even put on a safe trick or treat event for children, and dressed for the occasion.
