All charities run on donations. The price of goods should only be expected to be at or a little below market prices since the donations are to help Goodwill provide services. As for what they pay there workers, many charities run mostly on volunteer labor. If you cant afford the prices, then just wait until the price drops. They are not just giving away stuff because it was donated. They help people with job training with the money taken in.

Service isnt great, lots of over priced products, lots of broken products still on the shelves. Last time I was there, someone had dropped a glass and it shattered on the ground, informed an employee and 20 mins later it was still all over the ground....

Store has gotten better over the years prices kinda high I would only buy items with tags still on them otherwise stores at mall or online work for sales and clearance for outsourcing to resale

The only real detraction to be noted is that the prices are a bit above the curve for local thrift stores. Beyond that its a nice clean organized facility
