Ive been buying boots from Shoe Doctor for 20 years. They always order me double Es so they fit proper. Last pair of boots I ordered the end of June, they couldnt get them in 7 1/2 so they tried size 8. I tried them on. They were loose. The young man assisting me said you can put inserts in to make them fit better. He was right, but after paying $166 for the boots, he wanted to charge another $30 for the inserts. I offered $15 for the inserts since they didnt have the right size. He told me no. So I told him to keep the inserts then, you just lost a 20 + year customer. He replied thats fine with us. I left with my boots. What the hell is the matter with these people. Chet Robinson

I bought one pair of boots here 3 years ago. They took the time to fit me and special order a pair of red wing work boots. I have brought in dress shoes, work boots, and other boots in for repair and they have always done good, fast work! As an example, I brought in a pair of Keene boots I bought elsewhere because one of the hooks for the laces had snapped off. They fixed it free of charge in 5 minutes. A year later, a second one broke off. I brought them back, dropped them off to get it fixed and have the boots reconditioned. They charged me a whopping $8.-, and the boots came back looking near new (now 4 years old). Great service, good prices, and nice people!

I bought $120. dollar pair of work shoes from the Shoe Doctor. I had them four days and they fell apart. When I tried to return/exchange the shoe I was told by the Shoe Doctor that they did not make them, therefore I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. I have news for The Shoe Doctor no stores make products, but they still have to stand behind what they sell. Any reputable store accepts returns for defective merchandise. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Buyers beware!!

Went there looking for womens work shoes, when I walked in was greeted & helped until another customer came in, after that I never saw the sales lady again. I was actually thinking of buying 2 pairs, guess not, the sales lady was busy with the other people that came in after me. I hesitated about even buying the first pair, I bought them and at $150 not even a thank you! Customer service and appreciation is very poor, probably wont enter their establishment again.

Wanted to return some boots but they didnt allow it. The guy working the counter was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He was an even bigger piece of work, turns out he was the owner. You would think you would take in consideration that everyone reads google reviews before you acted with such poor ethics. Go anywhere but this "one time" store to buy your shoes. How do you like me now?

Carry a good assortment of higher quality work shoes/boots as well as Birkenstock for the ladies. The prices are competitive and the service is great.
