If I could give this LOCATION/STORE (not the brand itself) ZERO stars I would! Customer service was absolutely DISCRIMINATORY. I walked into the place of business in hopes of purchasing plus size clothing as the brand itself carries. While looking around I started to notice most clothing only went up to a size Large; some clothing items went into an X-Large but NO higher. Thinking that maybe they had a plus size section in the store my mother and I approach a sales associate (longer blonde hair, older.) to ask about sizing/plus size section. INSTANTLY she was cold and irritated. Mind you, we were nothing but polite - in hopes of buying a few items. My mother proceeded to ask her said question. She coldly told us that the store doesnt carry plus sized clothing because there were "too many complications". So, youre telling us that you can order a WHOLE STORE FULL of regular sized clothing just fine but cant seem to order plus sized? We took our business and money elsewhere! Definitely unimpressed by the lack of stock/sizes and customer service. DONT SHOP HERE.

Love the brand, but unimpressed with the buyers and clerks at this store. Okay, Im not sure who the buyers are for this location but they often dont have many of the hottest items that are found on the website. Its like someones dad is picking out clothes for a 12 year old, and not a 21+ year old woman. Also, like the other reviewer said some of the clerks do have a bit of an attitude; I mean really, you work at a Forever21 in Iowa City - should I be impressed? Although they NEVER have items that Im looking for, or run out of sizes quickly, it seems that many of the staff are wearing clothes from the store!!! So, they are probably sifting through the items first - before customers can shop... Good brand, but a sloppy and unimpressive branch.

This is my wifes favorite store in the whole world. Personally, I hate it, the music is far, far, far too loud. I cant stay in there more than about 5 minutes before fleeing in pain. My wife says that drives off a lot of customers with less noise tolerance than her, so she can find rare, discontinued, forever 21 clothing thats super cute and super cheap quite easily. She only ever shops in the clearence section, which is much much larger than the average forever 21. She likes the fact that she can go there, find an item that she likes, and return a month later to buy it for an even lower price as they periodically mark down their clearence items. I feel bad for the people who work there. I hope they have ear protection

Do not shop here if there is any chance youll want to return your purchase. They will not give refunds for any reason. My daughter paid $30 for an item yesterday that she brought home to show me. It was completely inappropriate so I went to the store today to return it. I was told that they dont do refunds, only store credit or an exchange. Then they told me that they were out of the store credit cards so they could only do an exchange. I was outraged. I have never encountered a store in a mall that would not issue a refund the day after a purchase. I will never allow my daughter to shop here again.

Tuesday evening went to return jacket that I never wore within 21-day return policy. Clerk refused to accept the jacket and did not obtain a manager upon my insistance. Clerk was argumentative, rude, and condescending. It was the worst retail experience I have ever had. I have never had a clerk accuse me of lying the way this girl had. Resorted to calling customer complaint line and talking directly to the district manager. He was able to resolve my issue. It should not take this much effort for an honest return. Buyer beware.

Its forever 21, cute clothes, decent prices, nice music playing. On the other hand, when I entered the store, I was cut with eyes sharp as a shining sword. I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to jump out of my skin like a snake. I kept on looking up and noticing mean, judgmental looks. My boyfriend even pushed me to get out of the store because he too felt irked to his core. Based off the comments I have read, I am not surprised, but I am saddened. Bless the heart of the woman wanting plus sized clothing and getting shamed.

love the brand and I buy tons of my clothes there but I really am not happy with the customer service there. their staff arent friendly and they dont smile at all. They act like I bother them by going there to shop and try on the clothes.
