Came here because of my flat feet problem. I came here not knowing what to expect. I was immediately greeted by Brandon. In no exaggeration, Brandon was the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. He was super knowledgeable about my feet situation and was able to help me out with ease. I left new balance with a huge smile on my face . I will be coming back!

Amazing customer service. From the manager to a veteran sales associate and also even the trainee on the register, they were all very polite, didnt try to pressure my wife or i into buying their products. amazing shoe store and I will continue to buy my shoes from them exclusively.
