In my opinion, this pawn shop is in the top 2 for the city of Eau Claire. Always has good quality products for low prices, and is always willing to test products that your looking to buy right in front of you. Ive never sold anything to them, so I dont have anything to review about their offers; but they seem to buy mostly newer or higher quality items, so I would assume their offers would be reasonable. My two favorite aspects of this pawn shop in comparison to others would be •They have a lay-away system that requires only 20% down on day 1, and allows (usually) 30 days to pay it off, though I have overheard offers of higher quantities time for more expensive items. • They almost never have to be asked for their lowest possible price (below marked price on tag), they usually tell you as low as they can go, without requiring you to be a skilled barterer Definitely among the first of the pawn shops that I suggest to people when asked.

They have a better selection of quality used instruments than any other pawn shop in Eau Claire. They have them inspected and set up before hanging them up. Its not uncommon to see American made Fender, Rickenbacker and Martin guitars and basses for sale there. They run a 20% sale on all musical instruments and other things around Christmas. Ive purchased some high quality amplifiers there as well. One of which was a flawless Mesa triple rec that I paid $800 for. If youre looking for guitars and amplifiers, check out National Pawn, Pedals Music, and Speed of sound. In my opinion, anywhere else is a waste of time in Eau Claire. - Jon Fields

Was visiting Eau Claire area from across the state & ran into a bit of an unplanned financial emergency. Went in based on high reviews and was given top dollar for my canon lens which I returned 2 weeks later to pick up. The 2 gentlemen that helped me each time were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. True pros in the pawn world no doubt! I look forward to buying from them as well as they seemed to have great quality things at very reasonable prices in a very clean, modern store. Highly recommend National Pawn. Look no further. Just wish they were open a bit later like the others in town.

I was really impressed at their display of rings and the amount they were selling them for. My boyfriend and I each purchased a ring from them and are so thrilled with our purchases!! We got the rings appraised and they are worth more than double what we paid. This pawn shop has a family like feel to it which makes it that much more fun to buy from because you do not feel like you are getting jipped. We will for sure be back again! Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I have had NOTHING BUT the BEST experience with this shop. I have been dealing with them for years. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I am treated with the UTMOST RESPECT!!! I LOVE THOSE GUYS & KELLY YOU TO!!! They offer the BEST in service...they give a fair offer on EVERYTHING....Be it pawn loan, selling to them or what they have for sale. NO OTHER PAWNSHOP IN TOWN LIKE THEM. I RATE THEM # 1!!!

Nice place when you walk in to the main room. Great guitar selection, nice now and gin counter, friendly staff...the front room before the main entrance makes it look a bit dumpier from the outside, I thought I was walking in to a crappy old pawn shop...but the main room is quite nice.

They can be very rude and will not give you alot when you bring stuff in for pawn. Pawn america has always given me more for my stuff than they would have. Everytime i go to national pawn i end up walking out and goin to pawn america because they price thing rediculously low.

They have there friends and family rate this place. They give you next to nothing only about 30% of the value of the things your pawning. Pawn America at least gives you 50%.
