My Wife and I went their today to get new cell phones we were assisted by Cody and Mike. While filling out the paper work my wife accidentally transposed two numbers for her phone number which we were porting over from Sprint. You would not thinkthat is a big deal but corporate AT&T does. Mike stayed on the phone for Two hours fixing our mistake (My Wife felt so bad she went next door and got him a meatball sub because we made him miss lunch) During this ordeal corporate put him through the ringer. He never once lost his composer or professional demeanor and he had every reason to. He went to battle with corporate and would not let up until the problem was resolved. During the time we were there another customer came in with his cellphone which he had loaned to his grandson whom had been downloading some very risquě content. Needless to say the phone was infected and not functioning properly. Cody went to work on it and him fixed up and on his way in no time. These guys worked very hard to make sure we were well taken care of and I would recommend them to all who are looking for a new phone.

I recently went to the store to upgrade my phone to the HTC Inspire 4G. Darrell was the sales rep that was there assisting us. I purchased the phone for $99 with a two year commitment. A few days later, we found a Walmart catalog that had the same phone listed for $49. We brought in the ad and he price matched the phone and also allowed us to purchase a second one for the same price. To say the least, we were very pleased with the friendliness and outstanding assistance he offered. Where as if we were to talk to AT&T directly, they most likely would not have given us that deal. Thanks so much Darrell!

First, the picture Google shows me is double the size of this store and obviously incorrect. Second, the selection is quite mediocre. For smartphones, there were 3 brands total (including Apple). Most of the phones were either unusable dummies or didnt power on. Third, I waited 15 minutes without even a "hello" from the worker. He was working with the only other person in the store, but didnt even bother to greet me (let alone do anything). I went in to throw cash on the table and buy a new smartphone. Now Ill do it somewhere else.

There was a sales associate, Adam, who was by far the least pushy and most patient sales associate I have encountered during the time I have had a cell phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty, not to make the sale, but to help me find the service that fit my needs.

Worst customer service on the planet. Brian does not know anything about the products or services. Avoid this Hillbilly Store.
