Machines dont work. Sucked a buttload of money out of my bank as a preauthorized transaction and I didnt even get gas. They claim that theres no transaction showing up at all even though my bank and my bank account are having proof of it. So now i have to wait for their stupid A$$es to release it so I can get my money back so I can ACTUALLY get gas. Dont go to this gas station. Every time their pay stations there have had problems. And their management system sucks because unless someone goes in with a badge or being an authority of the law they will act dumb and deny they are sucking money out of you. Guess Ill wait another day and they better hope I get my money back. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: I got my money back 3 days later after highly considering the BBB if they didnt comply with a return. Turns out after pulling every fact and proof I have and speaking to multiple managers I got my money back. Never going back and neither is anyone else I know or are related to. They are well aware of this issue.
