One star because thats the lowest allowed. Asked my wife to pick up anchor hardware for a new foundation. Staff put the merchandise in her trunk and forgot the tie downs. She was using a list I gave her, and had no idea what she was buying. I had her return for the tie downs. When she went back for them she was treated like a criminal. One employee loudly told the others to "remember that girl" like she was stealing. We are building an addition and this parr is close and convenient. They will not have any future business from us.
