I took my daughter in this store to just by chance see what they had available for a prom dress. We were greeted at the door with such a welcome I was shocked since we didnt have an appointment as required by some Big Chain Stores and the sales ladies were just the most nicest sales ladies. There was no hint of snooty in their store. The dress selection was huge. They ladies showed us around the store, helped my daughter try on a stack of dresses, even offered some suggestions of dresses we didnt think of that were gorgeous. PLUS, girls heading to prom. They keep a list of all the local high schools and make sure that the same dress (color & style) is not purchases for your prom by another girl attending the same prom. In the end my daughter decided (after struggling with 4 she really loved) on a beautiful dress that I know for a fact we would NOT have gotten anything like this at the Big Chain Stores for the price. The sales are final so if you are able to buy off the rack like we did, they are willing to keep the dress a week (if you have that much time before needing your dress) to make sure all stitching, zippers, beading, jewels are in tact and none missing for free. What service. I highly recommend this shop and will go back for future purchases. I wish they were around with my two older daughters when we were shopping for proms and then their weddings. Our experiences would have been so much more pleasant. I know where we will go when my youngest daughter needs a wedding dress. By the way, they do require appointments for wedding dresses, but that is on the other side of the store. Oh and they have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses. Go check them out they are AWESOME!

I went here to look for prom dresses. I fell in love with one of their dresses and tried it on. It was quite big on me and the employee that was helping me clipped the back and shoulders to give me a visual of how it would look if it was to fit correctly, I was then advised by the same girl to go a size down the in dress for a more form fitting look. That sounded like a great idea and I went along and ordered my dress trusting the advice from the women who worked here. When the dress came in and I came to pick up/try on and it did not fit.. It was too small. There was no way it was able to be altered because of the material. Already disappointed with this, I further asked the women what can be done about the situation. I was told there was ultimately nothing they could do because of their no return or exchanges policy. However, is was entirely their fault that I ordered the smaller size in the first place. The same lady asked me to try on the dress I originally tried on and said "now looking at it, I wouldnt have suggested you go a size down because it looks like it fits you just fine" implying that I had gained weight within the 2 weeks she saw me last which was not the case at all. Overall, I wasted around $200 on a dress and ended up going somewhere that was much more professional and overall better service than this place. Would not recommend to anyone!!

If you are getting married DO NOT GO HERE! They do horrible business. The girls picked a color for bridesmaids dresses and they had them pay then said they were out of the color and had to pick a new one. Then they had they pay another 25$ per dress to rush order it in two weeks and it took over two months. They had also taken a girls measurements and told her what size to order which was way too small and then said she insisted on ordering a way too small of dress and wanted another $35 to let in out. A horrible experience and they lie to get more money out of you. I really cant believe it.

I recently bought my prom dress from Hermosa Bridal, and i had an excellent experience. Even though they did not carry the exact dress i wanted in the Boutique, the workers helped me try on similar styles to the one i wanted, along with the colors the dress i wanted came in. They made sure that i was absolutely positive on my decision to order the Night Moves dress i saw online, and were really helpfull in general.

I am absolutely in love with my wedding dress I got at hermosa bridal! The ladies are super nice and have excellent customer service. I have gotten all my school dance dresses here and will never forget my beautiful red mermaid dress with ruffles at the bottom, I got so many compliments!:) This boutique has a great selection and fabulous prices, they have wedding dresses starting as low as $399!!

I went to a few Bridal shops looking for a dress. But Laney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find just the right dress! Their entire stock is made up of the MOST gorgeous dresses. I got my dress, shoes, and bridesmaids dresses her. Corina and Laney made my experince so wonderful and easy! And very affordable!
