This is my favorite donut shop in the Northwest, barely edging out my favorite Portland shop because they are vegan so ALL my friends can enjoy them when I take a box to a party. And the donuts are delicious! Some people hear vegan and think "ewww, gross" but honestly, until I thoroughly read the website I had no idea they were vegan. The shop has a great atmosphere, nicely lit, comfortable, and it smells delicious because they make the donuts on site. Good coffee, very friendly staff, AND they have a changing table in the bathroom. When my daughter was just a few months old my dads group met there and had a blast. When I lived four blocks away I was a frequent visitor, tough thankfully not so frequent that I gained too much weight.

The Best Donut In Seattle. Period. Mighty-O uses much higher quality ingredients than Top Pot. They produce a highly superior product in every sense. If you care, they use certified organic ingredients, and dont fill their donuts with HFCS or fry them in trans fats. The cake donuts are more dense and flavorful, and are perfectly sweetened. I do wish that they offered a larger variety (I miss a solid creamstick donut), but Im an avid cake donut fan, so Ill be okay. If you visit the shop before they close, you might luck out and be able to score some seriously discounted treats. Definitely give them a shot if youre looking for a classic cake donut to satisfy your sugar lust.

So, Im a vegetarian & wanna-be vegan. About 2 weeks ago I happened into the Tangletown neighborhood on an errand and wanted to pick up some fancy donuts for my fiance as a treat. I ordered something with coconut, a plain cake, a vanilla dipped, and a chocolate frosted. We proceeded to scarf them down...they instantly became my favorite donuts in Seattle. And today I learned that theyre completely vegan!!! I intend to get a couple dozen for my carnivorous co-workers, wait for them to declare that they are the best donuts theyve ever tasted, and then go, "Ah HA!!! Theyre VEGAN!" Thank you, Mighty O, for proving that you dont have to exploit animals to get a FABULOUS donut!

ローカルのスーパーに出回っているケーキドーナツを２つ買いました。１つはシナモンシュガーでもう一つはチョコレートのようなカバーがかかったものです。シナモンシュガーは食べられるけどあのチョコレートのカバーはミスドになれている人には食べにくいと思う。粘土のような感じで、あと揚げ物特有の油のにおいが強い。ヴィーガンというのとオーガニックというのはいいと思うけど特にこれはおいしい！という感じはしませんでした。

This donut place blew me away. Its been on my "places to visit" for some time and fortunately we had a chance to check this place out with a friend of mine who has moved from SF to Seattle. She feared that there would not be a single donut shop that would be as good as the ones that we have in SF. We ordered a dozen of their donuts. All of them were organic cake donuts with super delicious flavors--our favorites were: French Toast, Lemon Poppy, and the Cocoloco. If you are in the area, this is a must stop. Be prepared to wait in a line (that moves fairly quickly) once you enter this donut establishment.

A donut shop thay serves coffee and in the middle of the beighborhood so you can walk there. Who could ask for more. The donuts here are more on the heavy side, which means that they are more like cake and less "airy" which is good. It just means that you probably wont be eating more than 1, 2 if u really want to push it. They have some designer flavors that i really like such as raspberry and poppy seed.

Having moved here the spring of 13 I have struggled to find a good chocolate cake donut. Top Pot has nothing on Mighty-O. The donuts are out of this world. The staff is friendly and personable. On top of that you can wipe out any possible guilt with the knowledge that you have spent your money with a local company committed to the community and their environment. Be forewarned. One will not be enough.

Get the maple bar! And they serve Cafe Vita coffee This location actually continues baking during the weekend, so expect fresh donuts replenishing the shelves during the day. Ballard I think only has a single inventory for the day. Cafe is a little small, lots of people coming in for to-go orders. Very cozy and had no trouble finding room. Theres a kids area and always parents in here.

Great vegan donuts! The staff is nice and spent a surprising amount of time answering my questions about different types of donuts, how theyre made, ingredients, etc. They make a limited amount of donuts in the morning and then no more throughout the day so the selection will thin out the later in the day you go...which is probably why they close fairly early at 5pm

The best donuts around. And they are made with organic ingredients! Walk around Greenlake then hoof up to get a couple of Glazed or Cinnamon Sugar donuts. Really, you cant go wrong with any flavor. The texture and flavor is unique. It cannot be described or compared to any other donut. Everyone Ive turned onto these donuts asks me to take them back.

I love donuts, but Im allergic to eggs so needless to say Mighty-Os vegan donuts are a godsend! I love their yeast donuts most of all. Service can be hit or miss, but you cant go wrong with their yummy donuts! Last hour of the day the donuts are half off too. Not a huge fan of their coffee, Id rather go across the street to Zoka...

Great selection of flavours, both cake donuts and several types of yeast-raised. And after years going here, found out theyre all vegan! Yes, the donuts are a little more expensive than other places: I think its worth it to buy organic and sustainable. They do have punch cards so you can get rewards for coming by regularly.

There are few donut places that can satisfy everyones sweet tooth. Mighty-O is definitely one of those places. Each organic, vegan donut has incredible flavor that will appeal to everyone in your group. The best way to try them all is to pick up a dozen and share! (maybe hoard the lemon poppy seed for yourself)

Id give them 3.75 stars. These are decent donuts, mostly cake-style donuts with a few yeast raised options. I thought the donuts were ok, but not so amazing that I would make a big effort to go there again. Of course they also offer coffee, and the location seems is a nice place to hang out, or to do some work.

best doughnuts in all of Seattle. best donuts in the world perhaps, methinks. and theyre vegan, which is amazing because I prefer them to pig fat doughnuts. BYOBacon. plus they have art on the walls, music thats not too loud, and a great location with comfy spots to drink a coffee. fantastic coffee, too.

Amazing donuts and superb prices sold my super-friendly people. What more could I ask for? I really like the setting of Might-O too, as theres a sushi and hot dog place right outside. Just come here earlier, moreso if a Friday as they get sold out rather fast, and I was left to choose from 3 flavors.

Dont go here if youre expecting a normal donuts. We had the maple bars and they tasted like sugar on top of dough. I am sure that these are great donuts for vegans but we had no idea that this was a vegan donut shop with organic ingredients. If you want a healthy donuts this is your place.

They run out of yeast doughnuts very early on the weekends and havent decided to make more, so if you want something besides a cake doughnut, youll have to get there before 8:00a.m.! Good, rotating selection of flavors on the cake doughnuts. Neighborhood gem atmosphere.
