I dont have my daughters First Communion hair wreath yet, but I was so pleased with Shannons customer service that I just had to write.... So, I ordered, she was polite, very polite. So what was the great customer service? I plan to pick up the wreath this Saturday and after we hung up, she called me back minutes later to remind me that the U-Ave Street Fair is this weekend and let me know where I could find parking. How awesome is that!!! Finally! A business that knows how these things matter. Shannon - shes a keeper!

This was my first experience as a customer and I ordered from Chicago, online. I needed flowers to be delivered in Seattle, although not too far from Melrose Florist and it was easy and flawless! They were delivered on time (early that day) and the arrangement was a total hit! They also sent an email to let me know that they had been successfully delivered. Good price, good product, good service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I called at the last minute from Arizona asking for Melrose to deliver a bouquest to a nearby night club where a relative was performing. They jumped and had the flowers presented during an intermission with a little note attached. The singer was overjoyed and said the flowers were beautiful. I really appreciate the service, concern and personal involvement of the folks at Melrose. Nice going guys! Tony
