If I could give a negative 5 I would!!! I came to Seattle for a visit with my family and my daughters screen cracked. everything worked PERFECTLY except for a crack. I did not have much time and I contacted several repair shops who quoted me a price. This place quoted me a lower price and said all the college students used them, I drove to them. Once I arrived at the shop the Asian gentleman there told me that the price he quoted and was advertised would not apply because the glue on my s4 was stronger than other glue and he would have to replace not only the glass but display. After driving all the way over to this shop I did not have a choice because all the other shops were now closed and in a few hours we would have to board a plane. I left the phone and he told me that he would call me when it was done because he knew we had a plane to catch. I waited over 3 hours for my phone and decided to go to the shop to find out the status. When I arrived, come to find out that my phone had been ready for over 1 1/2 hours. The young man who gave me my daughters phone told me the charge was 99.00 plus tax. On the quote paper by the Asian gentleman he had a quote of 200.00 plus tax for a glass screen and color screen. He said the screen he replaced was 99.00 but let him call and find out what this other quote was for. After talking to the Asian gentleman on the phone he came back and said the price 200.00 plus tax. With this store holding the phone hostage I had no choice but to pay. We left the store feeling ROBBED and flew to Texas. a few days after this the phone developed a crack by the home button, it was not dropped, sat on or anything, we were using when it developed a crack in it and the screen began to change color. On day later the screen went black and had to be replaced. The repair shop told me that this shop RIPPED ME OFF AND LIED ABOUT WHAT THEY REPLACED. He then told me that they fixed my phone with CHEAP glass from China and it was not Samsung Gorilla Glass and it cut the LCD screen which was still the original LCD which they LIED about fixing. This is the MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN.

First, I must concede. They got my data back from a laptop that I hadnt backed up because I didnt have the foresight to do so. Everything I might have lost was recovered, and Im glad of it and grateful for it. The road to get there, however, was nothing short of terrible. I went with eBits PC Laptop because the Google reviews were so positive and the prices were reasonable. I figured so close to the university, they must be used to dealing with panicked (and poor) students. The first lie was that diagnostics would take 3-4 days. I didnt hear anything for a week, and only because I called them. It took several days more for them to finally tell me what the problem even was and that we were now in data recovery mode because fixing the machine wasnt worth it. I was okay with this. And then we wait several more days. And then calling again, at which point they instruct me to bring in a device to transfer my data to. The time estimate for this was 1-2 days. At the end of day 2, no longer trusting these people, I called and asked after it and was told I could pick up the hard drive Id given them first thing in the morning. When I called first thing the next morning, I was told it would be another two hours. I got snippy at this point and suddenly it was an hour. Goodness, Im so sorry I thought to hold you to timelines that you yourselves set and then didnt bother to contact me about when more time was needed. In a nutshell lies and terrible, TERRIBLE communication. They did the job, but I am never going back. Ive been jerked around less by car mechanics, and thats what that those people are famous for.

THE WORST PLACE to get your laptop repaired. I have so many complaints about this place based off just from one laptop repair. First there is a diagnostic fee of $50 for any "diagnosis" of your computer. The guy said it will take 3 to 4 days for the diagnosis. Guess what it took an ENTIRE WEEK to find out that my "hard drive" was broken. Funny thing is I already told them that I had a faulty harddrive..... UBreakIFix the repair shop down the street has a FREE diagnosis. After paying $50. They were going to charge me $210 just for a 500GB harddrive replacement!. A cost of a 1 TB Harddrive is $80. I knew that UBreakIFix does this all for CHEAPER for MORE harddrive memory. So I talked to the store manager and he "agreed" to do replace the 500GB for 1 TB for the same price... almost about to be scammed. It takes another 5 DAYS just for the harddrive replacement. Whats sad is that the person calls on Tuesday saying that the computer will be ready by 5 or 6 pm of that day. I go there at 6:30 and there is a different person, saying that it can be repaired in 45 minutes. WTF !!!. This is not the end. After I retrieve my laptop, its missing a cover piece that was on the side of the laptop! After waiting 20 minutes in the shop, they say they couldnt find it and are ordering a new piece..... Left a really really poor impression in my mouth. Please for the love of god, you do not want to go here for PC repairs period. Bad service, slow repairs. Imagine not having a computer for 2 weeks. Yeah thats what I had to go through.

After suffering for months with a slow and cranky laptop (a 3 year old Dell) I walked into eBits asking for help. They gave me a diagnosis within a few hours and recommended a new hard drive and more RAM. I really didnt want to change out the hard drive because of all the problems of getting up and running again, but I recognized that their assessment of the problem on my hard drive was probably accurate. Jesper assured me that he would help me to get me back to where I was. He told me they would back up my data, and invited me to bring in my software which they would load on the new drive, and also proposed other practical alternatives. I had a pressing business need for the computer, and they were extremely responsive to my timeline. The price was totally fair and a pleasant surprise. The computer was done when promised, on a very fast timeline. When I got it home, the performance was so much improved that I no longer feel I need a new machine. It just hums. When I got it back, I had a few questions about how to get right printer drivers, virus protection, and other assorted downloads and configuration questions to get back to where I needed to be. I called 3 or 4 times as I encountered new setup question with different programs I was using. Their tech support guy took my calls immediately, solved every question quickly and easily and Im back in business. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with eBits and would highly recommend them.
