Their horrible customer service easily negates their great beer selection. I went to their website and found that they had a beer on tap that I really wanted. So I decided to make the 30 minute round trip to Puyallup with my growler. When my 64 oz. growler was about 1/3 full, the keg was kicked. That was pretty disappointing, but it happens. I wasnt particularly upset. However, I certainly wasnt going to pay for a third of a growler of beer. When a growler is not full, it loses pressure very quickly. As a result, all of the beer goes flat very quickly. Traditionally, when a keg is emptied partway through a fill-up, the person is given the beer free. Dont get me wrong; I certainly would prefer to PAY for the 64 oz. of beer that I came for. But getting a small portion of this soon-to-be-flat beer free would at least be a consolation, since they were unable to fulfill their portion of the predefined agreement. The nice woman that was doing the fill-up did not know what to do, so she went to talk to here manager, Bobby. At first, Bobby tried to charge me the 32oz. price for about 20 oz. of beer. When I refused to be ripped off, they lowered the price by $1.50. Not only would that still be more per ounce than the full 64 oz. fill-up, but I would then have to drink it that day or else it would go flat. When I said that I would not pay for a partial growler of beer, they just dumped the beer down the drain and gave me back my growler. Instead of turning a completely negative customer experience into a positive experience at no cost, Bobby alienated a loyal customer. To be fair, it is very possible that Bobby was simply following company policy. Regardless, I will never go to Total Wine again.

Adult Disneyland! This place has everything from a liquor you saw on food network to education on fine wines. We could spend hours here and the associates working are well trained in helping me figure out what I want. I went in once with a vague idea of a red wine I had tried and liked. The gal working helped me define what tastes I enjoyed and showed me a wall of choices! Awesome! Joined their club and am now a regular.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Almost to a fault! Lol ... one lady asked if I was doing ok and I told her someone else helped me with a Riesling - she asked what the other person said because she wanted to double check. I told her and she said she agreed. Was a little weird to me but cool because it gave me even more confidence in my decision. Love that they can fill my growler with Mannys!

This is my go-to place for all things beer and liquor. I am Irish and I didnt think there were Irish whiskies that I hadnt tried, but I was wrong! Total Wine & More had a few that I hadnt tried, and a great selection of beers and wines for me to try too! Great place, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and convenient location.

AWESOME STAFF!!!! Very knowledgeable about the beers, wines and liquors they sell. They also have great accessories and snacks. Theyre cigars are a little pricey to me, but them what isnt pricey these days. Every suggestion Ive gotten from there employees have been spot on. This is the place to get your spirits from.

Great place for beer, liquor or wine. Selection is second to none in Puyallup. Prices are competitive. Staff is friendly and helpful. I tend to do my own research on wines, and know what I want in beer - build your own six-pack - or two :) Now, could we get a quality grocery store where Haggens used to be?

Ill admit, Im not the greatest connoisseur of alcohol. This Total Wine & More is okay. Of the three times Ive visited, its completely overwhelming. The staff are very nice and helpful, but each time Ive gone with a staff recommendation the product wasnt very good for mid-grade pricing.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and if they dont personally have information on a particular type of wine or spirit they generally know who to ask and will. Ive only had positive experiences here and the prices are reasonable if not great. Have visited before and will visit again.

If alcohol is your thing & you like trying new stuff all the time then this is your place to hang out. This is the first place that I had ever seen salmon flavored vodka. Not my style but just saying theyll have it if you think of it. Friendly staff & generally quick service.

Staff is pretty helpful with wine suggestions, prices are great, I love that they also post the after tax prices so you have a really good idea of how much youre really spending before you get to the counter. And of course the sample area is always fun.

Great spot to find that favorite bottle... wide selection :-) Prices are fairly reasonable. Be careful of taking recommendations... they offer them freely but I question their knowledge... seems to be faux-help if that makes sense.

If its out there chances are this place has it. I stop often for their large selection of sours both American and Belgium. Front chahiers are usually at the I hate life attitude. Dont matter Im just their for the booze

Long lines, unhelpful employees and didnt even have the beer I wanted cold. Sad that a corner store has enough respect for the beer makers or customers to keep it in the cooler. Oh well. Lost my business .

Wide selection and they let you taste the wine, but pricey. If you think you can get it at Walmart across the parking lot you probably can and it will be easily worth the trip in savings.

Great prices and great selection of liquor! Based on their website it seems like the one in federal way has even more variety but this one will more than suffice my alcohol needs.
