Best selection for the price in Seattle. YOU can find amazing wine here for $15. I put emphasis on you, because the staff is amazing at finding exactly what you are looking for. I told them a few things I was looking for in a wine, and they picked out 3-4 in my price range that I might like, but were different. Extremely friendly, wine-passionate staff.
