The worst assortment of books Ive ever seen at a Barnes and Noble or any book store. I spend hours reading ever day and spend $100 a week on books on average. I think this is the first time Ive ever walked out of a book store without making a purchase. I was looking for Judaica and kids books. To find the Judaica section on my own I would have had to been crawling on the floor; and it didnt contain books written for Jews, just overly simplistic books for people who dont know anything about Judaism and have a poor ability to retain information. There was nothing of value in the kids section either. This is the only book store Ive seen thats a complete waste of time. I dont know whos doing their buying, but that person is doing a truly terrible job of it.

I have a theory that one can tell how a business regards its customers by the toilet paper provided for that moment of need. Examining what is offered by B&N, you find it to be about three inches wide, of mediocre quality, and situated in a dispenser that is mounted a foot too low, requiring an awkward acquisition procedure. Using their TP with assurance requires rolling off about 36 inches of it to acquire sufficient paper to fold three times in order to create a wide enough and thick enough mass to accomplish a good wipe without dreaded break through. When needing to use a business facility, I dont expect to be provided a Toto experience but I resent being treated like a paper robbing peasant.

IS THIS A BOOK STORE OR A TOY STORE?? THE STORE IS LOADED WITH TOYS AND SCREECHING KIDS PLAYING WITH ALL THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON. THE INTERIOR DESIGN SECTION IS A SHADOW OF ITS FORMER SELF. UPON INQUIRY, A SALESPERSON SAID THAT WAS BECAUSE PEOPLE DIDNT BUY THAT SUBJECT. WELL, HOW CAN WE BUY BOOKS WE DONT SEE. DONT WE GO TO A PHYSICAL BOOK STORE TO CHECK OUT THE BOOK PRIOR TO BUYING? THE COMFORTABLE CHAIRS ARE GONE. NO INVITATION TO BROWSE HERE! SADLY, WHAT BOOK STORE CHOICES DO WE BOOK LOVERS HAVE? THE CAFE FOOD IS GOOD; THE WAIT STAFF PLEASANT.

This is my favorite place to buy books. Im a book lover that needs real books with pages, thats the best way to read. There is a huge selection here, and a huge kids section too. In the kids section theres a train table with toy trains and train tracks for kids to play with. My kids love it. There is a Starbucks inside, and a seating area that is great for studying.

I have enjoyed this place since I was a kid. I loved reading the childrens books when I was young, then glancing through the comic books as a kid (still do, actually.) Now I like to browse in the Science-Fiction Fantasy, and Art books. This is a place I would most certainly work at.

Love this store! They have a great selection and it is arranged for easy location of books. If you cant find it they will help you locate it and if they dont have it in stock they will order it for you. Great place to browse. Unfortunately I always spend more than I should!!!

A nice store. Well organized and a great selection of audio books on CD, including those in the well appointed kids section. Within is a store-owned Starbucks so dont plan to use your app, gift cards or star rewards.

I asked about a book at the help desk, and the ladies spent a good 15 min chasing all over the store trying to track it down for me. They were so nice about it that, even if they never found it, id have left happy.
