I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received at Normandy Park QFC. A little over two months ago I stopped in and bought a 16 piece fried chicken meal for my family for dinner. The chicken was extremely dry and had to be thrown out. That night I called the store and spoke with the manager who said I could come in and give my advantage card number and would be refunded immediately. When I came into the store a couple of days later the girl at the customer service desk said there was absolutely no way to look it up by that and she took down all my information to pass on to have a manager call me. After not receiving a call from a manager after a week I called again and was told again that a manager would call me back. Still did not receive a call back from a manager. I then went into the QFC and talk to Dan, one of the managers at the store. He told me he would look into my situation and give me a call. A couple days later I received a call from him expressing his apologies and that I could come back into the store to get my refund of $24.99. I went back into the store today and spoke with Jen, one of the store managers, and I left extremely extremely disappointed. Not only did she never apologize for all of my inconvenience but was not very friendly at all. Apparently she called Dan and he said he never spoke to anybody who didnt have a receipt. She told me they cant do refunds over the amount of $10 without a receipt. I explained to her that this is why its taken me two months to get my money back. It seemed the whole time as if she thought that I was lying. I gave her two of my advantage card numbers, the date and time of the purchase and that still was not enough. I then had to pull up my online banking statement to show her proof of my purchase. When I showed her she didnt even respond just seemed irritated and went back to the counter and seemed like she was getting my refund processed. I had a few items that I was purchasing and she asked if I was buying those and that she could ring them up for me there. She never asked me how I wanted to pay for those items she just proceeded to, without my knowledge, process my refund onto a QFC gift card and then take those items out of the gift card. When I told her it was ridiculous that I got a gift card and not my money back since I used my debit card, she said I was lucky that she would even do that. I wanted to have her refund all the items but my kids at this point were done and I was so angry I just needed to leave. Its so sad to me that I grew up in this area and have been to this QFC several times and will never in my life go back for the way that I have been treated over the past two months for a mere $25. Called on Tuesday July 11th and requested district manager to call me. They told me someone would contact me within 72 hours, now a week later and still no call from anyone.

Terrific as alway.... great selection, beautiful produce and meat and seafood counter. Always love to see my favorite employees working when I stop in. Only bummer was the store helper that bagged my order stuck my sushi marina platter on end, and when I got home and began to put my groceries away, my sushi was a squashed mess all at one end of the container. They were nicely packaged when I selected them for purchase. Maybe he was new, hopefully they will help train with regard to more "delicate" items like sushi and desserts so they arent a botched mess. When you pay a good sum of money for items like this, you want them to arrive home as nicely as they were packaged when you selected them for purchase.

It is a good store if you are a white customer. Store employees treat minority customers like dirt. Bunch of racist employees work in this store. News flash: minority customers have money to buy food just like white customers. News flash: there are more minorities moving to Puget Sound every day. Get use to it.

This is the best QFC Ive been to. Its almost like a Metropolitan Market. They have fresh sushi, a butcher shop meat display with prime steaks and bacon by the slice, and a big wine section. Their produce also looked very good. I wish our local QFC was as good as this.

If you forget your cash at the cash registers the manager on site will take it. When we called he was talking about how he pocketed $60 as we were talking to him. Thanks bro for taking our money that we earned.

Clean, accomodating, generally friendly. A few employees who stand out as being especially helpful and courteous. Prices a bit higher than elsewhere but its QFC . The meat department is great.

Clean and convenient. Prices can be a little more expensive but prices are predictable at least and sometimes even a good deal. Great grocery store to have in a neighborhood.

Its a perfectly serviceable grocery store. There are Coin Star and Redbox machines inside, as well as a Starbucks kiosk. Otherwise, its just your standard QFC.
