Apparently if you dont like pork your screwed, every package has disgusting pork in it, so apparently they cater to the Christian population? We went there a few minutes after closing which there were still people there, where the owner continued to small talk with an older white gentleman and ignore my family and myself as Im holding my heavy sleepy baby in my arms. So I attempt to get the attention of other staff who dont even have to courtesy acknowledge me, then the owner finally breaks away to rudely tell me we are closed but i can help you just wait. Then after 5 more minutes and says we cant exchange anything anything out of the packages meaning we would be forced to buy pork...Thanks for the great customer service and catering to a variety of people, Oh wait just kidding whats a joke, wont ever come here again!!

Meat, cheese, seasoning, and hot sauce. Honestly what could be better? Seriously though, I have been coming here for the last three years and I can say it is one of my favorite places in the world. They have a HUGE selection of all of the above and the price and taste cant be beaten by anyone. The people that work there are awesome and always happy to answer any questions you have as well as offer good suggestions for cooking and bbqing They recently added more space to the store so its even more packed with awesome stuff. There is a reason this place is always packed and once I week I will be back! Thanks for everything DDs, you have a customer for life!

The folks at Double DD Meats are amazing!! Their customer service is top-notch and everyone is super friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Kim in coordinating the logistics of a very large pig to roast for our Masonic Annual Picnic and she delivered what was promised. The lodge just made another order today and once again Kim worked her magic to support local organizations. Each time that Ive been in there personally, I have always received wonderful recommendations and have never been disappointed. Many thanks to you and your staff for your hard work, dedication and support to your local community. Im looking forward to the next trip in. =)

Mmmm meat. What else can I say that others havent? Definitely check this place out. Insane amounts of sauces, rubs, etc. Service is always quick and friendly. I love how many people they employ so no matter how busy they are there is never a long wait. Scooch your way around people to get a look at what you want and then just wait for an employee to ask who needs help. Dont be shy, raise your hand or youll get lost amongst everyone else. I highly recommend the pepperjack pepperoni sticks. All of their flavoured deli turkey has been delicious, especially the bourbon. Ive only ever tried their rib eye steaks which have been flavourful and tender.

seriously the best Butcher shop in Washington. Amazing selection, extremely reasonable prices...And they have thousands, and thousands of spices, mixes, rubs, dressings, flavors, condiments, etc., etc. Absolutely incredible. I cant get enough of this place, unless of course you are vegetarian...then you might not like it...but they have tons of spices and mixes, etc. that you can use to flavor up your veggies! Now if you are uptight, rude, or expect it to be like you are walking in to Nordstroms to get a pair of shoes...then you will be sadly disappointed...BUT if you have ever been to a butcher shop then you know what to expect! Its pretty sweet!

There is a reason that when you go in there on a Saturday afternoon it looks like the betting windows during the Kentucky Derby. Throngs of people loading up on high quality reasonably priced carnivore goodies. The interesting thing here is its half butcher shop half hot sauce store. Literally thousands of hot sauces to tempt your palate. We buy whats called a locker box. Its a collection of a wide variety frozen meats. Ribeye steaks, bacon, sausage, pot roasts, hamburger, hot dogs all for $114. Comparatively we priced the same amount for $175 at Safeway. You have to see this place to believe how great it is.

Negative reviews are from people never happy or the competition. I have been going there for decades and never have seen anyone working there be rude to anyone. Ever. Maybe all the meat cant be perfect all the time, but since you get to pick it out if you go to the store, it sure makes the chances pretty low. You can but any hot sauce or BBQ sauce you have ever heard of here. I drive all the way across town to get my Arthur Bryants and Gates Kansas CIty BBQ sauces there I cannot find anywhere else. Prices are normal, not high. I will take a locally owned quality store over any chain, any day.

I have been looking for a good butcher shop. DDs has wonderful selection of sauces, types of meats, cheeses, and gifts for those enjoying BBQ, or meat. Being the first time I got some porterhouse, top sirlion, and country sausage. The porterhouse looked aged, but I didnt ask. The porthouse was really tough on the NY side. The sirlion was better, at half the cost. It has been some time since having that tough of a steak from anywhere. I recommend stopping in to check it out, but caution on the steaks, as they might not be the best around. Costco is better.

My husband and I went to check this place out now that we got our deep freezer. Great source for raw dog food. Amazing selection! They have bone already in the ground meats they mix for dogs/pets so you dont really have to worry about it! Organ meats are right next to it and theyre all frozen so you dont have to think about anything icky being in it. Friendly, flexible staff with a good sense of humour! Huge selection of hot sauces, BBQ sauces, meats, cuts, etc. Anything your heart desires! (Even vegetarian chili)

Bought a rib steak and cooked it the same night and it was tender, jucey and packed with flavor. I also bought some (what I thought was beef)meat which I think turned out to be pork with spinach mushrooms and garlic cooked it like a hamburger on the grill with some onion, tomato, swiss and avocado it was fantastic!!! This was the first time I went to D&D meats but it wont be the last. You have lived up to the hipe that Ive heard. Thanks D&D meats

Gone are the days when you could walk into your local grocer, head to the butcher and get custom carved deli and fresh meat. Everything is now all case driven. Not here. Double DD meats is what the local butcher shops use to be. No compressed deli meats here. Just perfect handcrafted deliciousness sliced just for you. Today I got some habenero ham sliced...oh just like heaven!

Very busy, great beef. The bacon and brats are foul. My wife made some, I told her what every you cook that in, taste like the smell of bandaids, made it again and tryed to feed it to the kids and they all put it back. We have never ever turned bacon down until double ds....... update talked to them they have good bacon in the front counter, and out sourced
