Amazing Sandwiches Holy Jeez, the pork sandwiches here are amazing. Most of the food is super high quality, if not a bit pricey. But the prepared food is so worth the cost and the wait. Unbelievably delicious. The Swinery Spectacular is the biggest and best sandwich. Its absolutely in a league of its own and is a must-try item if you love pork. The Swine Fries are also phenomenal, dressed with pork fat, garlic, and chives. Perfectly salty. The Cubano was mediocre. Great bread, but half the size of the Spectacular (at the same price). Their version of the BLT is great as well. They offer tap water and cane sugar sodas to drink. I find their cooler meats to be a bit overpriced ($20/lb for most items). If you love pork, look no further for the best sandwiches youve probably never had.

Really good local place. Would love to pick up some deli meats next time. Between our group we had the BBQ pulled pork and the Carolina pulled pork, as well as the danger fries and the "regular" fries (still fried in the pork fat). The danger fries were good but really rich. If youre concerned about too much flavor, you can order the danger sauce on the side, which id do next time. Overall great food, nice nice service and a good vibe.

Incredible food, everything is made in house and is exceptionally delicious. Its on the pricey side though but as they say, you get what you pay for. Quality ingredients combined with creative technique. This place isnt just a butchers shop, dont forget to check out their lunch menu too! Theyre amazing at both, good serving sizes for the menu too. Again, you get what you pay for here.

We came here because we heard the burgers were amazing but we were a little but underwhelmed. The guy behind the counter asked how we would like them cooked and we ordered medium but got burgers that were well done. The bun is too big for the patty and the texture of the party seemed like it have been overworked. The swine fries were good. No free water

Yes. Just, yes. The sandwiches here are what Panera aspires to be but falls well short. There are only a few stools, so dont show up with all your kids and expect to sit. Take it to go, and enjoy an absolutely amazing sandwich that will make you question all of your previous meal choices. I wish I lived closer; Id eat here almost every day.

Thank you Swinery! I rarely crave hamburgers. (Too many bad reactions, I guess, to those anonymous meats.) Yesterday I found myself at the Swinery. What a great surprise!!! Excellent burger, cooked to perfection! Fabulous, hand-cut fries sprinkled lightly with salt and scallions. No bad reaction in the tummy. Oh joy!

Always pass this place and finally went in. Very interesting little space with an amazing butcher who was very friendly. I left with some recommended charcuterie cuts and candied bacon shortbread. ALL a big hit. Oh, apparently they were voted best burger in Seattle? I have to go back to try.

Tried the swinery burger and some danger fries, did not disappoint. Then again, how can you not love fries in a bacony-cheesy-gravy-goodness? I suspect Ill check out their actual butcher shop offerings in a followup trip. You come here for the meaty goodness, not the decor or service.

One of the top meat places Ive visited, including the Fatted Calf in Napa..... Great BBQ pork sandwich, piled high with pork and Coleslaw. The place is small, unassuming and the food is devine..... Worth the trip to West Seattle to try

Great food!!!! Okay great isnt quite the word.... EPIC is more like it. If you are going to eat at this place, just remember, wear stretchy pants, come hungry, & you can diet tomorrow. Only 5-6 places to sit down so and it gets "cozy"

I dont eat pork but heard about their beef bacon and gave it a try. The beef bacon is on point! Someone please make a candle that smells like this place OMG, you get out of your car and start salivating, glad I dont live nearby!

A West Seattle treasure. Tiny shop filled with, well, meat. Mostly, but not exclusively pork. Also a great sandwich menu. My favorite is the Carolina pulled pork, served with an authentic mustard sauce and home made cole slaw.

In this place you will find delicious sandwiches. It deserve 5 starts. We ordered "El President and House Deli sandwich" both of them were delicious. And also they have great service.
