came in search of a good quality butcher shop. When I parked at B & E, the store front was unassuming and there were many parking spots available. However, the place was packed! I placed my order, and one of the many surprisingly bright, alert, and happy-to-help associates packed it up and sent me on my way. Ive been back several times since and I will continue to return for several reasons: *Their products are AMAZING. Their meat cuts are so sensational, they are mouth-watering without seasoning! Apart from fresh product, they also have a frozen section (the quality of your life will severely improve if you try the chicken, spinach and feta sausages!), wine & beer sections, and spices, rubs, crackers, sauces, jerky, almonds, and more! *The staff aims for nothing less than excellent customer service... like people used to focus on in the past. There have been many times where if I want to try, say, their seasonal Blueberry Links (which were heart-stoppingly good btw), they would just throw a couple in my bag, free of charge. *SALMON CANDY. They make it. Its magical. Sometimes you get free samples of it. The end.

Needed shrimp for a dinner party and because of ratings on here and close to where I was doing errands/time constraints I thought Id try B&E. I was to pick up shrimp and found not a very good selection to been with then the price $18.99 lb. I paid half that amount at my usual Seafood store..which has better selection. The supposedly fresh shrimp didnt look great so I bought the frozen..still $18.99 lb. Got it home and starting cooking it and it smelled fishy...and then tasted it. It was nasty...tasted fishy too. From one of my guests said it must have been frozen thawed and refrozen...then I thawed it. I was so embarrassed. Would never go back there again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Dont expect much if you buy their shrimp. Puke.

Great steak, marinated ribs and chicken selection. The staff is friendly and helpful with cooking tips when I asked. I got some king salmon last night and going back tonight to get somemore and they will season anything you want. Plus the jerky and pepperoni is amazing. I will be there every weekend over the summer to pick up my BBQ supplies.

lived in des moines 20+ years and this is where i get my meat. absolutely the best!!!!! now in east wenatchee and will make a road trip to get the best steaks and of course the pepperoni both regular and the jalapeno and their summer sausage. excellent service, tasty, what else can i say absolutely perfect.

The selection of meats is great. But what made me give the highest rating is their fabulous customer service. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and happy, they are honest people and you should buy with confidence from them!

The dry aged ribeye is amazing! Super tender buttery melt in your mouth deliciousness!!! Worth every penny. I also recommend the Hawaiian pork roast wrapped in banana leaves. Cook it how they tell you and it comes out super moist and tender.
