While I was growing up my family raised cattle for beef, and still do, so Im quite picky about my meats. Some steaks I want very little fat - some steaks I want good marbling. This place has a good selection of both and then some! From baby back ribs to chicken cordon bleu - seasoned steaks / prime to bacon wrapped steaks - marinated poultry to their own beef sticks (buffalo too). Everything Ive bought has been as good, or perhaps better than what Ive been eating from our family cattle. The staff is always friendly and eager to fill your freezer with protein goodness. Its clean, wide open, and I dont see anything frozen. Prices are good too. Every time I go there I walk away with a smile on my face and recipes in my head.
