I recently purchased a bulk meat package which was a very good deal. There was a package of beef ribs that came with it and I wasnt sure how to prepare it properly . So I decided to go back to the store to ask for advice. A couple of the gentlemen who work there were very friendly and offered to give me enough rub from behind the counter out of their own stock to season the ribs. They also gave me great advice on how to cook them. I really appreciated this kind of customer service and will definitely return again in the future. Sincerely, Maurice

Wish I could talk my kids into eating the pork roast wrapped in banana leaves EVERY DAY. All You have to do is wrap in foil and cook at 350 for 3-4 hours. It will fall apart before it melts in your mouth. The flavor is FABULOUS. So many people have asked for my recipe. I havent the heart to take credit for it. Too many people know about it anyway so I would be found out. If You havent tried it, You dont know what you are missing!!!!!

The smoked salmon at this place is to die for. I would eat it day and night if I could afford it... Its the best I have EVER had. If you are a big smoked salmon fan, you HAVE to try these guys. It melts in your mouth, seriously. Try the candied salmon too, it great. Plus very friendly helpful workers that KNOW what theyre tlaking about. A little bit pricey, but WELL worth it for the quality. Its reallt the best butcher in town.
