i took an alternator i bought off craigslist here to have it tested. they sayed it failed. i then went to pull a part and pulled 4 more. they all failed. i thought this was wierd, so i went to o reillys to have them tested. the first one i had them test passed. the sales associate at auto zone was lieing to make a sale. he told me "o sorry they dont work but we have one in stock". i have shopped here frequently and will never again, because of thier shady sales tactics.

Paid with a company check...they cant use the machine right...took them 15 minutes and I had to make a new check because they destroyed the one I originally wrote...a 5 min stop took 15min and I was really busy...so 2 stars...thats a simple task...all 3 of them put their heads together and put the little piece of paper in the machine.....and bam!!!! 15min later I purchased 1 single item.

I had an emergency on a Sunday evening. I googled a auto parts store. The staffer named Austin, was so helpful and waited for me to install my new windshield wiper & new battery after hours on his own time! In my opinion, Austin should be employee of the Month for January 2017. Thank you, Austin, you made me and my family feel safe on a rainy Sunday night in the dark.

Returned an item, employee tore open then factory sealed box to verify that I did not replace the spark plugs with old spark plugs. It took him five+ minutes to get the box open. I said it would appear that it wasnt open, because look how difficult it was for you to open it only to find out, it was never opened. Idiot plain and simple.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Very unfriendly and acted as if I was an enconvenience . asked for help w my dome light and the old man acted as if i didnt even exist. Black male helped me but was very rude. Never going there again.

Prices are higher than online... But to get something now you have to pay the price... They also take back batteries to recycle... And if you purchased it from them they will refund $10 for your old battery.
