The people at this location need to be more organized. I called the store for a part availability and confirmed it was there. I told them I would be there right away. I got there 5 minutes later. I went into the store to get the part just to be told they didnt have it at there store but I could drive 30 minutes down the road. As I am standing there being told this the part was sitting on a cart right by the front counter. When I asked about it they said I couldnt have it because they couldnt determine if it was one that was pulled for me or someone else. Instead of arguing with them I went to OReillys across street where they had 3 in stock and cheaper than Autozone.

Not just your average auto supply store! Looks like it when you first see it .. but they have an employee by the name of Joshua who works there who makes it an amazing store. Joshua has some auto training and he knows his stuff. He helped us change a headlight in the dark, in the rain, that he needed to move the battery for. Its the little things and the big things that make Autozone my favorite car parts place. The big thing is they always have exactly the item I need. The little things are last time I bought wiper blades the guy walked out behind me and put them on, threw out the wrapper, and thanked me for choosing Autozone without me ever asking for help.

Unhelpful staff. Guy was rude in delivering his word of "I dunno" and I was just asking for a parking light. Not going back here. Staff in Everett is more knowledgeable and nicer. This guy I forgot his name had his hair well combed and oiled if the description helps.
