The most horrible pharmacy on earth. Why? From pharmacy tech. which is unprofessional who let you wait on the phone and in line. When trying to speak to them, they just cut you off without even hearing what you have to say. Also moves like a turtle, very slow. Pharmacist are not pleasant you can see it on their face. Oily and not even smiling. They act like they dont care. Worst of all, the manager, Joanne. She was not able to communicate with her staff. She was pleasant on the phone but no follow up. All of their staff are just not helpful. Looks overworked. Not friendly. Stay away from theses pharmacy. It is horrible!

Worst pharmacy ever, I only switched because my insurance switched it pharmacy providers. I have had Drs call scripts in more than once and they still arent filled 2 days later. I call and ask how long till my script is filled and still wait over an hour in store while they fill it. Beyond frustrating for me being 7 months pregnant...

Well done Safeway Burien! BEST pharmacy ever! I switched to them when RiteAid messed up one too many times...so Happy That I Did! They sure know what they are doing.
