If i couldve given this place zero stars i would have. The old lady who works graveyard is the RUDEST employee this place has working here and the others arent much better. I have no clue why these individuals are working customer service jobs or with the public at all for that matter. The old lady for example will chew your @$$ out and call the cops on you if you are in the parking lot IN YOUR VEHICLE for only 4 or 5 minutes and it doesnt mater if youre a paying customer or not OR the fact that you have an injury which makes it hard to move as fast as some (she actually told me this)! I will drive COMPLETELY out of my way to go to ANY other 7-Eleven rather than this nightmare of a place. Its well worth the extra expense in gas and your time to avoid such miserable people who are determined to spread their misery.

Got 10 police called on me after a cashier was being the rudest I have ever experienced in any form of customer service. His manager comes out asks what the problem is. I calmly explain it to him that his employees need to learn better customer service. The manager calls the cops. Bothell police show up in 3 minutes. I explain my situation. Called their corporate office filed several complaints. I am attempting to have all of them fired, who calls the cops over an argument when I was being civil.. ?

Wont come here again. While the new girl *really* made customer service nice for a while - it has been quite nasty the last few times. They wouldnt take my (manufacturers) coupon-- because NO 7-11 would (except for the one down the street. They did- and the cigarettes were cheaper too!) And now after other *itchiness - I just will not be back - theres better options just a few blocks away

Never any good hot food and often zero hot food. Never good deals like other 7-11s. There is another 7-11 three blocks south on 160th that has plenty of hot food all the time and 2 rockstars for 3$ amongst other deals.... One other reviewer pointed out the clean equipment, its probably so clean because they never make any food.

The doors say pulsh for push and pull. The people who work there are the nicest ever. I worked there myself and it is the cleanest well run store in seven eleven history. I had recently worked at a different seven eleven and it was filthy. This one takes such good care of their equipment and I know it first hand!

Kids went in for bring own cup day. Had a bowl under 10" and were refused service. Seriously everyone online has milk jugs and buckets! Guy was a jerk saying its bring own cup not bowl day. Way to ruin 2 Kids days ..
