This store just lost another customer. I suggest that anyone reading these comments not goto this location. Customer service is terrible. They are in fact very rude and treat you like you are lower than them. They hardly speak any English as well. They would not accept a debit card for a small purchase even though they are only charged a swipe fee for credit cards and stores arent supposed to be allowed to set a minimum price for debit cards. I used to be a regular customer but enough is enough and this store deserves to be built over. I will not return to a store with such rude employees. I suggest no one else use this location as well.

Worst customer service ever.Ive given them multiple chances to turn it around, but after tonight I dont care. They cussed us out because my husband got a slurpie in a double glup cup, so my husband offered to pay for 2 instead of one. They guy got more pissed and cussed at my husband again, saying he wasnt going to let him buy his slurpie in a soda cup. So my husband left the drink and started to leave. The guy actually chased my husband out of the store and called the cops. To be clear: they called the police because they wouldnt sell my husband a slurpie, so my husband walked out empty handed.

Horrible customer service. I got scammed from buying a burrito he got the prices all wrong and I ended paying for an extra dollar. I went to the slurpie machine and all the flavors came out to be a liquid instead of slush and none were ready. Instead I got a drink and when I pushed the button I heard a cranking noise and something broke internally and landed in my drink. I asked the manager if I can get a new drink and he got mad at and told us to leave or he will ca the cops. Ive had it and will never come again.

Terrible place. They try to scam you and are rude and it is a unclean place. Me and my friend went their to get some drinks and there was black stuff in the cup and dirt or something that came out of the fountain drink machine with our soda and it was floating around on top. We then got yelled at for getting new cups and drinks because we didnt want those cups because of what was in it which was clearly not pop. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO HOME SICK

WOW what can I say. Parked hear to go into the store then into the starbucks. Out of the car a second was walking down to starbucks because sometimes you do forget what your doing. The Manager came running out shouting you cant park there customers only. We need the space for customers. THE CARPARK WAS EMPTY AND IF THIS IS THE WAY TREAT PEOPLE ANY WONDER. CAREFULL GUYS OR YOU WILL END UP LIKE BORDERS NRON AND ALL THE OTHERS.

Worst costumer service Ive ever been to. Just because my debit card wouldnt go thru using my Samsung pay which Ive always used the old lady as cashier was rude saying we dont accept that. She then proceeded on telling me to leave and not come back again. Never stepping in there again rude as hell.

Was behind a guy that misread the price of water and the guy at the register said "you need to learn to read properly". Cant believe how bad some peoples customer service is.
