My husband, three year old son, and myself try to get here every Saturday morning. They are super nice to my son, often giving him free donut holes while we decide on what donuts we want. They have even taken donuts and dipped them in sprinkles for him. They serve coffee in mugs and have the coffee pots on the counter to help yourself to refills. We have started this fun tradition with our son and hope to continue it here as long as we are in the area. One day, we were late getting there, and they were almost completely out of donuts. We went somewhere else, and I could barely eat my donut. It just tasted gross compared to the Donut and Muffin Factory. I love sweets, too, so it takes a lot for me to say that a donut tastes gross. Check this place out for the small town feel and delicious donuts.

Yummy! This is by far my favorite doughnut shop. I come from Kitsap to get their delicious baked goods. The muffins and scones are the best. The apple fritters melt in your mouth. My favorite are the cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. Although I like to have them frost the sticky buns. Best of both worlds. They are well known for their custard filled maple bars. When I thought to ask for one she had to fill it upon request. I am not sure if they were out or it is just an item you need to ask for. They open at 3am. They only have cake doughnuts until around 5am then they have raised doughnuts. Everything else is available at 3am but they are usually getting low by around 6:30-7:00. Very popular place.

Every where we travel we sample donuts, and have had everything from Portlands Voodoo to basic Krispy Kreme. This place has the absolute best homemade donuts! Dont be fooled by the small, older building. The owners are very friendly and take pride in their product. They will add some of their awesome homemade icing (chocolate or maple is the BEST you will EVER have!) to any plain donut if you ask. Try to go early because they will sell out by noon. I wish I could give more stars - thats how much we adore the donuts here.

Definitely the best donut shop in the region. I still dont get the hype around Top Pot. My building is near a Top Pot and the three times Ive had one, the donuts have been consistently dry and no better than a supermarket donut. Definitely not worth the absurdly high price tag. Donut & Muffin Factory donuts are delicious. Thick, soft, bready and ultra tasty. I live in Federal Way but I also make the effort to go here because there is no better donut around. I love this place!

BEST. MAPLE. BAR. EVERRRR! Oh man. The dough is supper fluffy and the frosting is so different than any other place Ive ever had on at. I got a four dozen last weekend for my residents and they were gone in less then an hour. I will definitely be making my way back there...SOON! Thank you! My mouth is watering now. :) Also, the owners were as sweet as their doughnuts! Great customer service and you can tell they love their work. The place was very homey! :)

First time there. Heard it was the best donut place in Auburn. I was surprised to see slim pickings at 8:30 in the morning. Also, 1/3 the people in the shop were obvious transients. One of which was very rude and disrupting. Little kids and their parents were on edge. Donut Factory was a little too enabling giving them free coffee and free donuts. The demanding one even took the last coffee cake. Probably wont go back.

Drove from Yakima to Auburn for parts and stopped here based on other reviews. The couple (owners)? tending the counter were very pleasant and pleased to serve us. We purchased 1 Dz assorted doughnuts and realized our mistake when we arrived home, should have ordered 3 dozen or more. Large size doughnuts that are light, fluffy, and delicious. I would not consider passing Auburn without stopping here. *****5 STARS*****

These are my 2nd out of 5 doughnuts Ive ever eaten. I had a few different cakes and raised. They are fabulous!! They have a wonderful light flavor and feeling. Some doughnuts leave you feeling heavy afterwords, but I truly enjoyed this experience!! A great family run establishment that I highly recommend you stop by at least once to try. Lets put this place on the map people, it deserves it!

LOVE this donut shop!!! The donuts are good and fresh, the people the own/run it are AWESOME!! Its an old shop shop where you get your own coffee and since your up fill up others cup while your at it. If you have kids come here. There are always neat "Grandmas and Grandpas" as my kids call them to hang out with. My kids love chatting with them :) Liked: Staff, Donuts, and patrons

Srsly though, go here. My son, myself, and my mother go here every sunday and im pretty sure its becoming a tradition. This place is amazing. Service is not only 5 star, but i would say it goes beyond that. The product itself is very good as well. You just wont find a more friendly place to be. Start your morning off right, indeed. I cant think of a better way to say it.

I know my way around a doughnut. But let me tell you, this was the best Ive ever had. The hot glazed doughnuts are PERFECTION. Huge, pillowy soft, and with a subtle cake flavoring (despite being yeast raised). The glaze was thin and only served to accent the doughnut, not overpower it. The owners of the shop were really nice as was everyone we encountered at the shop.

Super friendly and terrific customer service! Probably the best donuts that Ive had in the south sound. It was a super busy morning and they sell their donuts fast, but they took the time to make a special donut for my son too. Which he ended up choosing a different one, but thats what kids do. I will forever be their customer.

Besides the Lord Jesus Christ, this is the bread of life. Best Donuts on planet earth. I think its funny that people report that they came and there werent any donuts. Folks, thats an indication of a great donut shop. This is a shop ran by a husband and wife and when they run out, they run out. Come early!!!

Best donuts in town! I love that place! Either getting them on Sunday afternoon or sitting down in the late evening - one of few places open in Auburn after 10. Better get donuts early though - they often sell out. But, unlike Safeway, they make fresh donuts during the day, not just in the morning.

My family and I absolutely love their donuts! They have a variety of donuts to choose from, and they are always moist and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a comfortable atmosphere for families and friends to gather. This place is definitely worth a stop!

Unfortunately the hours that,are displayed at the business on the door are incorrect. We have been here numerous occassions and with in the hours listed but yet they are always closed. They need to update there hours to the correct time. Unhappy attempted customer.

Best donuts I gave had in a long time! The frosting was amazing and the donut wasnt too light or too thick, it was just right! Even though the place was s little dumpy, I would still go back. I loved that it was open late so we could pick up donuts in the evening.
