Every employee we engaged was ultra supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we (the customer) were satisfied with our product/s and services. Kevin just happened to be the same parts representative who assisted us last year and again this year. Sherry and I both cant say enough about him. His recommendations are always well received, well thought out and most appreciated. He consistently looks for ways to save us money, while providing us that world renowned Harley-Davidson expertise. There was a miscommunication between the technician working on my bike and the front desk in the service department (parts availability for my bike). This created a big issue for me since I was planning on leaving to Gettysburg Bike week next morning at 8:00. I left the shop not to happy to be honest because I might have to cancel my trip, but about an hour later (past closing time) I received a phone call from Chad to let me know that they were able to complete the work. Chad stayed with Marry Ann and technician (unfortunately I don’t know his name) and by the time I got there almost 2 hours after the normal closing time they were doing the final road test. Thanks to that I was able to ride home and get ready for the trip in the morning. I had a great time in Gettysburg thanks to their devotion and commitment

“Having no credit history made buying a bike more difficult. However Cowboy and Steve did everything that they could possibly do to help, and end the end i got the bike (a badass sportster). If i hadnt been going to Harley almost weekly for the last two months, i probably wouldnt have got it, because once you know the folks in there, they are so kind hearted that they will try to do what it takes to get you a bike. They want you to get a bike as much as you want the bike. Debi and Donna were also wonderful with helmets and motorclothes! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and i know that in the future if i want to trade up, theyll have my back and help me do it right. Once i got past the credit history, the process is easy and painless”

I can say that without a doubt working with Dennis and Rob was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Great experience ever! I called them the very same day I wanted the state inspection done. went there and they were very professional, pointed me in the right direction and without wasting time took my motorcycle for inspection. It was a new motorcycle just registered in the state of Virginia, so it did not take long to get my motorcycle back comparing with other experiences. Very knowledgeable staff, but the best thing is that they are always willing to help the customer. Also they dont second guess anything if it is a part department issue or sales they refer you to someone that can assist you right away! Very happy with my experience there! ”

A week after I was diagnosed with cancer I wrecked my Harley and almost got killed. When I took my Harley to Hampton roads they took care of me more than any other harley shop has. When I got my Harley it looked like the I bought it brand new. Every one at Hampton Roads Harley Davidson are good people they treat customers and clients the same. No matter where I go from here. The only Harley Shop I will do business no matter what it is will be Hampton Roads Harley Davidson. If I am working in California and I need a oil change or other work. It will be worth it to me to pay to have my bike shipped to them.

After buying my 2014 Iron for cash from HR, I learned how they are done with you. After a few months i had serious "carry over" of oil into the breather went back and was told it was the way i was riding or all harleys do that. WAY TO MUCH TO WRITE HERE,It took a year to resolve with more complete lack of respect and broken promises even from the general manager. I WILL TRY TO NEVER ENTER THEIR PLACE AGAIN. I AINT GOT MUCH fOR HD CORPARATE EITHER if you went through what i did, makes you wonder how both are in buisness. Reason for writing looking to buy new bigger bike IT WONT COME FROM HAMPTON ROADS HD

I took the bike in for an issue to be repaired. An electrical problem occurred and Mike fixed it. However they found a more serious issue and called me and told me the problem. They kept the trike and repaired the problem. They called me two days later and the trike was fully repaired. All of the work was done under warranty and my cost was nothing. However they did fix a couple of small and minor problems that were not on the repair list. At no charge. Its why I keep going back to the same place for my service work. Thanks Chad and your crew. Horrible service department has produced disgusting work on all four times bike has been in shop. Have had to fix several things immediately getting bike home after work was completed at their shop. Funny thing I called 30 min after arriving home from picking up bike and discovering mistakes, service desk says sorry that happened we can get you back in two weeks. TWO WEEKS!! I just picked it up. Tried to give them benefit of doubt but failed miserably each and every time. Will never return!!!! If you want people who dont care about your bike then this is the place to go.

Stopped by just to look at a few bikes. Adam approached my wife and I as we were admiring a new 2017 Ultra Limited. Adam applied no pressure, and assisted us in taking a test ride of the very bike we were looking at. After the ride, Steve helped us look over the numbers. We were in a time crunch as we were just planing on looking not buying. Steve crunched the numbers and I had to bortow a demo helmet to ride mt new bike home that day. Hats off to you guys. It was truly a pleasure and you made the purchase an easy and enjoyable experience. ”

“My daughter picked up a used Sportster that need much tlc. Debi was awesome looking up the laundry list of parts I needed to get this little 883 back to spec. Additionally, there was one part she couldnt locate so I called it even and left. When I got home, I had a voice mail from Debi saying she located the part and since it was only a couple of bucks, she paid for it. She said it would be ready for pickup in a few days and I could pay her back then. Thanks Debi and Hampton Roads Harley Davidson, you guys truly are a legendary dealer! ”
