Went there with ideas of what I wanted and the staff helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. Once I knew that they made sure I got the best artist to get what I wanted. Eric was upfront with me saying that he was booked for 2 weeks solid but fortunate for me there was a no call, no show. Eric was a straight professional and true artist. He freestyled the drawing on my arm but I did give him room for some artistic freedom. 2 hours later I had exactly what I wanted. He did an excellent job. My sisters were with me and they were highly pleased to a point that my sisters want to come back up from out of town to get tatted by him. You will not be disappointed if you come here. Highly recommend. Great customer service, great artists/staff, great prices. Ill be back for more work.

Tried to get an appointment and some dumb ass yahoo who told me that i need to come in to book an appointment, to come in later to discuss a piece. He said the artist "dont wait around for people if they have nothing to do, or no one scheduled. They close shop." I asked him if Im trying to schedule the appointment, to come in to discuss a piece, then wouldnt that be making an appointment. Guy was so stupid he couldnt follow the concept. If you go to a car shop to get an engine repaired and the shop is closed, then you call ahead to schedule an appointment to make sure someone is there... you dont just keep going back to a closed shop... THINK ABOUT IT IDIOT!!

I came in last week wanting to get a cover-up. I was greeted by a nice gentleman name Donnie who advised me on the best placement for the design I wanted. He was very patient with me as I continued to make changes to the design. I ended u getting a spectacular tattoo in a different location other than what I originally wanted because at his advice it was best. Ive had many of tattoos but this one was the biggest and most detailed but the least painful of them all. Donnie was meticulously with the details, charming and a true professional! He will be doing all of my future tattoos because in my eyes he was by far the best tattoo artist that has inked me!

My husband had our daughters portrait done on his hand of all places & it looks so bad ass! He did a great job & was so reasonably priced, not to mention very cool. He didnt try to make mindless conversation which most artists seem to feel they need to do. Very cool, clean environment. Cant say enough good things about this place! Thinking Im gonna get hubby a gift certificate (if they have them?) for Christmas!

Mike was profossional and awesome.... He gave me a pre phone consultation about what I was getting myself into with cheek Dimple piercings... Instead of saying come on down and taking my money he had me weight the options of the healing time and negitives that go along with these piercings. Hes a stand up guy. I respect that emensly! That shows this shops being ran by educated professionals. Right on!
