Jarrod and Team Motorcars Washingtons commitment in making the customers experience positive and seamless made the vehicle buying process very simple, painless and hassle-free. My girlfriend and I drove up to Motorcars Washington on our day off and were immediately introduced to Jarrod when we walked into the showroom floor. He was very easy to deal with and showed us around the dealership. His team was also very helpful and friendly during our visit. We inspected and test drove a Supercharged Jeep GC SRT8 a couple of times, then finally decided to purchase it. The vehicle was already priced fairly well (market value without the high performance aftermarket parts) and before I even tried to haggle the price Jarrod gave me a couple of discounts. The vehicle was a new arrival and not fully reconditioned yet, so Jarrod wanted to make sure the vehicle was right and our expectations were met even after the paperwork was signed. The tires were somewhat worn and he did not get to replace them yet, so he asked me if I had a preference on the replacement tires. I opted for the higher-priced, Goodyear EMT all-season run flat tires since winter is just around the corner. He told us this was all free of charge and would expedite the process even after I purchased the vehicle and yes, he kept his word. We did not pay one penny extra and our vehicle was ready after a day and a half - reconditioned, inspected, new tires, etc. This was one of the best and easiest vehicle buying experiences. We love our new Supercharged Jeep GC SRT8 and highly recommend Jarrod and Team Motorcars Washington to anyone.

Wow! What a car buying experience should be like. I literally called Jarrod up with what we were looking for (Black on Black X5 4.8 fully loaded) and within hours we were testing driving our new BMW. Jarrod’s approach to car sales is unlike any other dealer experience I have ever had. Typically I would rather go to the Dentist than walk into a car dealership. But Jarrod at Motorcars Washington made this the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had (this will be my 19th vehicle purchase, what can I say I am car guy). Jarrod is so meticulous and the quality, attention to detail, and the condition of the cars we saw blew away what we test drove at the big name dealerships in the area. I also liked the fact that Jarrod was even willing to give honest advice about the purchase rather than giving us the hard sell and trying to tell us this deal is only good today (which is the typical car salesmen tactic). I am in sales also and I appreciated his prompt response to my emails and phone calls and his professionalism (compared to the other car salesman in the past) was top notch. I cant wait until we are ready to make a new vehicle purchase as there would be no question on who our first and only call would be to.....Jarrod and the Guys at Motorcars Washington.

I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years (its quite an addiction really). Whenever possible I try to purchase from private parties because you always know what youre getting and it avoids all the hassles associated with every dealer Ive ever experienced. When I set out to buy my dream car, a 2014 BMW M5 there were several on the market within 500 miles of DC. The first one I checked out in person was at Motorcars Washington. I was skeptical at first, but meeting Jarrod for the first time really reminded me of dealing with a private owner. He was extremely passionate about the cars, and knew way more about them than even most BMW sales reps. There was no pressure ever and was extremely easy to negotiate and complete the sale with over the month I took to make a decision. As a bonus, the delivery experience was outstanding and took no time at all - again, unlike other dealerships. I would surely recommend Jarrod and Motorcars Washington and appreciate being able to conduct a transaction as if it were his own personal car.

I just purchased a 2017 BMW M3 from Jarrod Elwinger at Motorcars Washington which ended up being a truly excellent experience. In one or two calls and a handful of texts I was able to get all the info I needed on the car as well as lots of pics. He gave me a very fair price, got all of the paperwork done properly on the first go, and even met me on a Sunday morning to complete the transaction which included a tour of his very impressive showroom/shop and a walk through of the cars different features. He followed up a few times to ensure that my expectations were met and he got my plates and title to me via Fedex within the next week thus avoiding a trip to the DMV. If you want to buy from someone who loves special cars and delivers a great overall experience then Jarrod is your guy. A+

Honesty, integrity, low pressure, and genuine interest in getting to know a buyer, beyond “the deal” - a few descriptions seldom associated with auto sales professionals but ones that clearly describe Jarrod Elwinger. After a frustrating search for a clean BMW M4 convertible, I found my car on the Motorcars Washington website. Jarrod agreed to a multi-car trade and treated me more than fairly on both cars. The M4 was as presented on his website, with no surprises whatsoever. More importantly, Jarrod spent time getting to know me and has followed up with me several times since my purchase. I saw the 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder on line at Motorcars Washington that I have been looking for and called Jerrod. He was very courteous and informative about the car. We discussed me trading in my car and subject to an inspection by each of us, we made a deal on the phone. I drove 300 miles the next day, we inspected each others cars, completed the deal and I was back on the road for home. Jarrod and Mike at Motorcars Washington helped my wife and I find and buy her a new Toyota 4Runner (what they call "Procurement Services"). We told them which options she wanted including the tough to find Blizzard Pearl/Sand Beige combo and they found it right away. They made the new car buying process next to painless. They are efficient, follow through with what they say and dont beat around the bush. Easily the best car buying experience of my life. Jarrod and his team do an incredible job of getting you exactly what you want at a price thats fair. Add to that an incredible customer service experience and a showroom full of cars youre welcome to look at and drool around (not in) and you have a dealership that could easily double as a clubhouse for those of us who refuse to grow up.
