So I see a bike Im interested in on Craigslist at what looks to be a fair price on a Tuesday at 9:30 PM and think although its a bit late, Ill give the number a call. To my surprise, Ben the owner, answers and gives me info on the bike and says to come by to take a look when I can. The next day I call at 6:30 pm and surprise, Ben answers again. No "please leave a message", or "we are closed" crappola. I tell him I would like to see bike but cant get there till 8 PM that night. No problem he says come over Ill wait for you. Get there, bike outside, clean and ready to ride. Ben says take it out and come back when want. Ride for 30 minutes and when return its dark outside. Unusual for a shop to allow this but they are very accommodating. Tell Ben Im interested but need to think on it. Next morning text Ben that want to buy the Bike. Again Ben responds very quickly and we have a lot of texting back and forth. Im really impressed that when I text, a return response is right away. I indicate that I would like to get the bike that day and want them to get Maryland inspection and do tag and title work. Although its getting late in the day at this point, Ben says he can get it done. He contacts me later that evening and says the bike is ready. When I tell him I cant get there until 9 PM he says not an issue and he will stay open until I arrive. When I show up to finish the transaction, all the paperwork has been completed except for my signatures, bike is prepped, clean and ready to roll. There is no fumbling around - totally organized. Ben provides the keys and owners manuals and explains when permanent tag and title will arrive and follows up the next day with an E-mail PDF copy of all the official documents. Primo was fair on the bike price, very efficient, and responsive to the customer. I highly recommend them.

From my first email inquiry Ben has been an outstanding guy to speak with. Im sure I annoyed him when I had to reschedule our first few meetings for me to check out the bike but his replies never showed it. When I finally met with him, he was a very down-to-earth guy who I enjoyed hearing about his motorcycle adventures. Its clear he really knows his stuff when it comes to bikes. I got a great price on my 2015 FZ-07 and even followed up with me a little while later to see if I was still satisfied. I was grateful for this because 1) it shows great customer service and 2) he saved me from making a second trip to the DMV that would have been unnecessary by sending me corrected paperwork to register my bike. To be honest, if I could, I would take off half a star because I got a much lower offer for the CB500F I traded in than I was hoping even though (to me) the issues with the bike seemed mostly cosmetic. TL;DR: Ben is a great guy, who sells quality bikes. I would definitely recommend his business.

These guys are excellent. I know it takes a lot of faith to send this amount of money to people you have never met in a city youve never been to. But they are really excellent people to do business with because they are the best of both worlds- young people, but "Old School"", (if you know what I mean). They have some beautiful bikes at a very fair price, and if you dont see what you want- ask them and they will keep an eye out for you at the auctions and sales events they attend all over the USA. I doubt I will buy my bikes anywhere else from now on.

Ben could NOT have been more professional and courteous. I am a new rider, and this is my first bike. He insisted on meeting me and talking to me -- and having me sit on several bikes -- before he would even make a recommendation.
