Terrible terrible service. I ordered flowers through an online service for my mother-in-law, to arrive the Monday after Mothers Day. On Monday I called to confirm delivery as I had not heard anything by 4pm EST. The online flower company called this florist and was told their delivery vehicle broke down and they will deliver my ordered flowers Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes and goes and still no word. Finally, by late Tuesday, I received an email confirming the flowers were delivered. By Wednesday morning (PST) I still had not heard from my mother-in-law, so I texted her to confirm. She had not received her flowers despite the fact this florist confirmed delivery on Tuesday afternoon. I contacted the online flower company, whom I have used in the past, and in turn, they called this florist. The online flower company was told they just did not have time to get to the flowers I ordered, they left late at 7:30pm even though the store is closes at 7pm, but they did deliver the flowers that Wednesday morning. I received confirmation from my mother-in-law that the flowers had not arrived. Eventually they arrived. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered with an online order. I was appalled by the apathetic attitude from this florist. No apology. Only excuses.
