I will not order again. Ever. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my wife for her birthday and I wanted to support a local busniess so I thought this would be a perfect choice. I was wrong. I called the day prior to delivery to give a addional phone number for the recipient to make things easier. I was told they close early on Wednesdays (hours posted/online say 5pm) and she said she would do her best. The lady also said shed call me if there were any issues. My wife received the flowers from the delivery lady while complaining and telling my wife that she needs to tell who ever ordered them that Wednesdays arent good days to order. This lady berated my wife while delivering flowers to her for her birthday. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Beautiful flowers! I send flowers to my daughter today and they are absolutely pristine and amazing! I hemmed and hawed about which florist to use, since I live far away and there were not many reviews to help make a good decision. However I have used Fussell Florist in the past a few times and have never been disappointed. The flowers look even better than the photos. I wish I could post the pictures of them that my daughter just sent me because this arrangement was done so professionally and obviously this florist takes a lot of pride in what they do and puts a lot of care into their arrangements! Thank you so much! They are gorgeous!

After a shaky start things went very well. Delivery was made but no idea where the flowers ended up. Amanda was very attentive and personally delivered the replacement to my wife. Will continue to order from Fussells. Thank you Amanda for making things right.
