Flowers by Snellings is wonderful! Living out of town, and searching the internet for a day trying to find the perfect bouquet of sympathy flowers for my friend, I scrambled to order flowers the day of hoping they would be delivered that evening. After reading the disclaimer about how the flowers may not be delivered due to a holiday and needing 24 hours to process I was shocked and relieved when they appeared on my friends doorstep within the same day of ordering. The bouquet of flowers was beautiful and perfect for her. I ordered the Snellings “Florist choice”, not knowing what they would look like. I am so thankful they turned out perfectly for her during this time of grief. Snellings did a wonderful job at delivering within the same day of ordering and creating the perfect bouquet for the situation. They even called her to let her know the flowers were there since no one was home at the time of delivery. I would highly recommend Snellings as a florist for any occasion!

When I ordered flowers for my aunt who was a patient in the hospital, the arrangement smelled too strongly to keep in her room. She was on the lung floor. The nurses removed the flowers and didnt know what to do with them, so they took them home. I live in a different town, and when I came to visit two days later, I was very disappointed to discover the flowers were not there. I called Snellings and asked for a more appropriate arrangement to be sent to my aunt. They denied any responsibility for the problem and told me to seek restitution from the hospital. I thought "guaranteed" meant guaranteed. It doesnt. My aunt has since died, and I will never give Snellings my business again. My family has lived in the Winchester area for over 20 years. My mother has been ordering flowers from Snellings for as long as I can remember! Flowers are always fresh and beautiful, and the customer service is excellent. Snellings provided all of the flowers for my wedding two years ago, and they were absolutely beautiful. We have ordered birthday, funeral, Valentines Day, and "just because" arrangements and they have never disappointed us. I just read the bad review-its probably the most ridiculous thing Ive ever read. How are fresh lilies supposed to smell? Go with silk if you dont like fresh, as Snellings gets the freshest flowers possible and yes they DO smell as they should! Myself and my family highly recommends this florist. We have never had a bad experience!

Flowers by Snellings provided the bouquets for wedding, and Andrea was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted while sticking within my budget. As a local wedding photographer, I work with them a lot, and I know I never have to worry about the flowers not showing up, or getting stuck with pins from the bouquets (something Ive experienced with other florists and amateur-made bouquets).
